I enjoyed the ease of ordering contacts online and them being a reasonable price. However, I do not understand the fees being the same price as the contacts. It shouldn't cost $150 it was literally half the cost of 6 boxes of contacts. Date of experience: November 24, 2024Everything was shipped and sent on time and packaged well, but when I initially made the order the price I was given was $14.49 for a box, once they charged my card the total cost was $37.23! They charged $22.74! Almost twice as much as the actual price in "taxes and fees" that were not shown before purchase was made. I hade to adjust other things in my account to accommodate this new price that was over double what I thought I'd be paying.
