    Ordered some pants, returned them and never got my refund… then they issued me gift cards even though I paid with Apple Pay visa. Many attempts at calling and chatting and emailing they all say yes it was refunded to your visa! Nope you gave me two e-gift cards! Finally got someone to say oops and they would mail me a check and still over a month later I haven't seen it.     Whatever you do, never buy anything from this company. Their return policy is a nightmare. I originally bought 7 items from this company and decided to return 3 of the items. Finding their return portal was almost impossible. You have to go digging in their website to find the link. A couple days later, I decided that I actually didn't want 2 more items from my order so I wanted to add them to the initial return request They wanted to charge me an additional $8 for the second return (for a total of $16). Considering I haven't sent the first return, I decided to call to see if they can either cancel the return request so I can make a new one or add those two items to my original request. And this is where $#*! hit the fan. I had to contact them on FOUR different occasions and in the end, I'm just paying the $16 and never using this site or company ever again. The first time I called, I was in the middle of explaining what the issue was and the phone just hung up. No callback nothing. Next I sent an email and they told me to "log out of my account and clear my cookies"!? Called again and they said they'll email me a free return label and I should receive it in 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS. Never got it. The fourth time I officially lost it. The rep was not listening at all. I told him I had already initiated a request and want to cancel it because the last rep said he was going to email me a return label and I never got it. After asking me which items I wanted to request, he proceeded to tell me that "a return request has already been initiated". Yes, that's literally what I said and the reason for this call is because I don't want to pay an additional $16 for returns that haven't been sent yet. Cue more non-listening and me repeating back the initial 5 minutes of this conversation and he sent me a return label that costs $8. At this point, I don't have the energy to call again but this experience has been a total disaster. No wonder this place is going out of business. Service Value Returns Quality

    I placed an order for one tshirt and now 10 days later I still haven't received my order. This is really ridiculous for it to take so long. When I called Customer service the rep mentioned if I haven't received the order in 15 days to contact them. I find that reply even worse for it to be okay to have to wait 14 days to receive an order. I will not be ordering from this store again. Good luck to those who choose to order.     Ups has a tracking number and it was picked up and supposed to be sent to me by USPS.     Offers great quality clothing for affordable prices. Website is easy to navigate. Online deals are offered routinely. Shipping is fast and hassle free. Clothing itself is of excellent quality and stylish. Review would be five stars however I received some jeans that smell like sulfur. Washing and drying them does nothing but make your other clothes smell like sulfur. Other than that no complaints!

    Purchased a pair of sunglasses in June 2023. In July 2023,1.5months later I noticed the lenses on both the left and right sides kept falling off the frame with any movement. Sent emails to customer service, called a few times, waited for what seems forever to get an agent, only to get the run around from one agent to another and then they hung up. I called back and finally someone who barely spoke english said we have no warranty! There you have it, everything they sell is designed to be thrown away due to the extreme poor quality.     I have called a few times and have spent anywhere from 30 mins to 48 mins on hold, eventually I hang up as they never answer the phone. The chats are like talking to by 5 year old grandson, they have what seem to be generic answers, and cant give you any specific answer. I will never buy anything from this brand again.     Aeropostale is known for its trendy clothing, great prices, and popularity among the younger generation. Today I will be doing a review on this popular chain store, & I will be covering everything from prices, shipping, and quality! Prices: As far as prices go, Aeropostale can be inexpensive to moderately priced. You can get a t-shirt from Aeropostale for $10-$15, while shoes can range anywhere from $28-$50 (roughly) Shipping: Buying 1 t-shirt can add up to $7 in shipping. This may not be too bad, but I still feel it is a little steep considering other businesses shipping rates. However, Aeropostale does have deals that can make free shipping possible; such as spending $100 to get free shipping. Quality: The quality of Aeropostale's clothing is usually just about average to above average. I have jackets that I purchased at Aeropostale from over 4 years ago that are still in great condition, and I still wear them to this day. However, I have noticed that the t-shirts and cami's are often made from very thin material. The quality ranges from the iteams. My own personal experience: Aeropostale has always been one of my favorite places to shop, but I have started to fall away from them as I am not a fan of the materials made with their cami's and t-shirts. I would probably repurchase from there, though I have noticed an increase in there prices as they have new clothing lines coming out. I am more than likely going to purchase from shops with lower prices and lower shipping fees.

    It's terrible that there's no -1 star rating here. This clothing company does not even deserve 1 star. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE. Their customer service is very unhelpful. I cancelled my purchase less than 2 hours after making a purchase because I did not receive any confirmation email whether my purchase went thru or not. When I called their customer service, they said they will cancel it and refund within 3-5 biz days which they did not. No email confirmation again about this request, i called again after 4 days and was advised that there's nothing that they can do anymore because the order has been shipped already. Asked for a supervisor and the supervisor was rude.
    I placed 2 orders on the same day, and I had recieved a 150 dollar gift card for my birthday and decided to put it towards gifts for christmas and something nice for me. I made sure to do my math when I placed the 2 seperate orders making sure it didn't pass the 150 dollar mark. My order total was about 147 dollars, I did the math multiple times. Two weeks pass and I only get the small order, the one I placed LAST. I wait another week for my big order, nothing. I contact customer service and they tell me the amount on my card was 133.93, that was my big order cost with shipping and tax, which would cover it and I would have nothing. The lady who had helped me didn't seem to be fluent in English, like it was her second language her grammar was a bit off, her service confused me and made me feel stupid about my order because I had done the math and this shouldn't be a problem, the only reason I didn't rate it one star is because I got my second package. NEVER buy from online, buy in store because I had to cancel my order for the stupidest reason since "my card has insufficient funds" I had never used it before because I had gotten it either that day or the day before and I wanted to put it to good use for this christmas since I plan to start working in the near future so I won't have to deal with bullcrap from them and my "insufficient funds"
    I used to shop a lot at their stores. I loved the quality of their clothes and they would last me years. For the past few years, their quality has gone down the drain. Their fleece pieces are so thin, and after wearing and washing once, the items start pilling and looking overly worn. I'm very disappointed at their quality and would not recommend.     I originally ordered two items from this store both amounting to around 18 dollars. Consisting of a 15$ item and a 3$ item I threw in just because i was already ordering. Low and behold i got an email saying that the 15$ item was out of stock and i would still have to pay the full shipping fee of the 3$ item. Without giving me a chance to cancel the order because they decided to ship it straight away. After trying to reach out to customer service from Aeropostale I was told there was nothing that they could do.     Worked here, hated it. Everyone was so judgmental and rude, the only reason their nice to you is because they have to be. They will talk about you right in front in your face! I'm not saying that every Aeropostale store is like this. Just the one in Barstow, CA at the Outlets of Barstow.
