    Ordered some pants, returned them and never got my refund… then they issued me gift cards even though I paid with Apple Pay visa. Many attempts at calling and chatting and emailing they all say yes it was refunded to your visa! Nope you gave me two e-gift cards! Finally got someone to say oops and they would mail me a check and still over a month later I haven't seen it.     Be careful when returning any of your purchases. I recently returned my full order which consisted of 4 items but was only refunded for one. It's been constant calls and online chats with still no resolution. Absolutely disgusted, like really you open the return package and conveniently only process one item.     I had placed an order in nov 2021 amounting to $53.59 on the international website however have not received it till date, i. E. 26 jan 2022. The customer care staff is uncooperative and condescending and extremely rude on live chat!     I wish there is a way to give 0 stars. Placed an order on 09/09 and so far on 09/24 nothing! Contact online twice and called customer service twice. All I got is they are experiencing a delay and sorry about that! Obviously I am not the only one who are experiencing this. Look at many of the other 1 star reviews! This is a store wide problem and they should clearly indicate on their website about this instead of the 3-5 days to ship nonsense! Also when I tried to cancel the order, they told me they can send a request but can't guarantee it will go through. Something is seriously wrong with their system!     Been 16 days since I ordered from them. And still waiting. See others wait longer they should specify this in the website, but they don't cause they want to get your money. They say they only get paid when ships. But if you use a debit your bank ties it up. I feel like it's a scam Perpetrated by Aeropostale. And their customer service is in a bull response.     So I ordered an Aeropostale shirt online, and it turned out to run very small. I thought, well, no big deal, I'd just bring it to the store and return it. Apparently, because I had paid for the shirt with my Paypal account, I simply cannot be refunded (which sounded absurd because EVERY other clothing brand I buy from have been find with Paypal). I was told by the cashier that I could return exchange the shirt for an item of equal or lower price. She didn't even offer the option of getting a gift card instead of money. Overall, frustrating situation. I'd still recommend the brand though. If you know your size, you can wait for their massive sale ($10 for shirts, $20 for jackets and pants, free shipping, what's not to love).     Aeropostale is like a cheaper Hollister, and I feel like it's more popular amongst young Latin Americans or Europeans, though I could be wrong. I've bought a couple things from aeropostale.com for nieces - honestly Asian families are so big that buying gifts on Christmas isn't easy or cheap. One of the last orders I made was much more of a hassle than necessary (especially for a couple of cheap t-shirts). One of the shirts came defective, and there was a mix-up in the orders.     I originally ordered two items from this store both amounting to around 18 dollars. Consisting of a 15$ item and a 3$ item I threw in just because i was already ordering. Low and behold i got an email saying that the 15$ item was out of stock and i would still have to pay the full shipping fee of the 3$ item. Without giving me a chance to cancel the order because they decided to ship it straight away. After trying to reach out to customer service from Aeropostale I was told there was nothing that they could do.     Offers great quality clothing for affordable prices. Website is easy to navigate. Online deals are offered routinely. Shipping is fast and hassle free. Clothing itself is of excellent quality and stylish. Review would be five stars however I received some jeans that smell like sulfur.     Worked here, hated it. Everyone was so judgmental and rude, the only reason their nice to you is because they have to be. They will talk about you right in front in your face!     I have called a few times and have spent anywhere from 30 mins to 48 mins on hold, eventually I hang up as they never answer the phone. The chats are like talking to by 5 year old grandson, they have what seem to be generic answers, and cant give you any specific answer. I will never buy anything from this brand again.     It literally says on the site to order by noon 12/15 to get by 12/24 but has yet to ship. Instead I received an email stating I can get $10 off an order of $40 due to delays. Oh boy $10 for the total waste of time and money I spent and have to go get gifts for my daughter elsewhere then turn around and return all of this when it finally makes it. How do they know I'm not spending my last dollars! I asked if I could pick the order up in store she told me I NEED to wait and no I cannot then proceeded to keep trying to end the conversation with no remedy at all.     Ups has a tracking number and it was picked up and supposed to be sent to me by USPS. The order did not get placed but the money was held on my card. After waiting 8 days for the release the manager gave me the 50% off for "failed attempt" just had to choose the items and call it in. Did that the items online did not match their computer (there's was more) so the Rep was fixing the prices and supposedly giving me the 50% off. Well she charged me full price with the higher pricing and stated I'd get a credit in 3-5 business days. Well 4 phone calls and a week later nothing but a promise a manager would call back.     WOW, WORST ONLINE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER. Ordered 4 items, used my $50 gift card and remaining balance on my credit card. When i submit my order it says 3 items no longer avail. But the order for the 1 item went through anyway; didn't even give me the chance to review or cancel. So i attempt to cancel online but can't pull up my order. Called c. S. and they can't help me either and that i should keep trying; it's been almost two hours. The worst part, out of curiosity i inquire about the balance on my gift card and it says zero. How's that possible? The 1 item was nowhere near $50. I was told to call back the next day cause they can't do anything for me until then. Called the next day and they finally said that it was their system error and they had received numerous complaints from other customers regarding the same gift card issues.     I used to shop a lot at their stores. I loved the quality of their clothes and they would last me years. For the past few years, their quality has gone down the drain. Their fleece pieces are so thin, and after wearing and washing once, the items start pilling and looking overly worn. I'm very disappointed at their quality and would not recommend.     I went to Aeropostale and I found something very kewt and instantly fell in love. Not to mention they played my favorite song! Could this store get any better?     I got my shipment very quickly. The quality of my garments were sturdy even though the items were inexpensive. The only issue I had was with fit. I found that some of the proportions were a little off and the clothes ran a little small; however, I do wear clothes rather loosely. You won't go wrong with this site.     I like the promotions and discounts to the email, items are very well described, good quality. I recommend that if you are buying from this site, you buy various items at the time, that way you will avoid the shipping charges. Ex, you buy a shirt, the shipping is like $7, you buy three shirts, the shipping is still $7, so that is the only advice. The items arrive withing 5 days of the purchase.     Aeropostale is known for its trendy clothing, great prices, and popularity among the younger generation. Today I will be doing a review on this popular chain store, & I will be covering everything from prices, shipping, and quality! Prices: As far as prices go, Aeropostale can be inexpensive to moderately priced. You can get a t-shirt from Aeropostale for $10-$15, while shoes can range anywhere from $28-$50 (roughly) Shipping: Buying 1 t-shirt can add up to $7 in shipping. This may not be too bad, but I still feel it is a little steep considering other businesses shipping rates. However, Aeropostale does have deals that can make free shipping possible; such as spending $100 to get free shipping. Quality: The quality of Aeropostale's clothing is usually just about average to above average. I have jackets that I purchased at Aeropostale from over 4 years ago that are still in great condition, and I still wear them to this day. However, I have noticed that the t-shirts and cami's are often made from very thin material. The quality ranges from the iteams. My own personal experience: Aeropostale has always been one of my favorite places to shop, but I have started to fall away from them as I am not a fan of the materials made with their cami's and t-shirts. I would probably repurchase from there, though I have noticed an increase in there prices as they have new clothing lines coming out.
