I needed to rent a car on the spur of the moment due to a medical emergency in the family and Yolanda in the Huntsville airport, helped me out and was very pleasant and made the whole experience easy. She gave me a choice of two different vehicles and I really loved the Chevy Trax. The car was new, and clean, and I really enjoyed driving it. The return was easy and I did return it two days earlier than I thought I would need the car, and I wasn't charged for those extra two days which I was concerned about and happy that I wasn't charged. I had to get a manager to get help with my son not having a credit card to rent the vehicle in his name since he would be driving. I wanted to pay for the rental but have him drive. I rented the Wagoneer for my son's wedding. The manager (I believe her name was Jessica) was extremely helpful. When I returned the vehicle she recognized me and came up to me and asked how the wedding was. This type of personal service is not typical and was extremely nice. The location was very busy and we had reserved about a week before. We waited, but we got snow tires and an upgrade in exchange for our patience. This was much appreciated and useful on our holiday.
