    Buying T-shirts from this company is the worst business decision I've ever made for my small business. The mock-up process looked promising on their website, but when I received the shirts you could still see the off black background on the black T-shirt. There is no proofing team that reviews your design before they print which is unbelievably stupid and misleading for the customer. Allied shirts is just trying to make a quick buck and provides no level of quality or care in their product. Do NOT waste your money, or your time! Tip for consumers:Just AVOID!!     We were really pleased with the design, the speediness of the shipping and delivery. We were also happy with the quality of the shirt, we were disappointed in the intensity of the ink for the lettering, the black ink looks more grey than black. The price per shirt was also high at around $22 with what we thought was a pretty simple design but we didn't want to order a lot until we saw the quality.
    I've been ordering custom t-shirt prints from Allied Shirts for the past 3 years now. They are a team of awesome professionals that provide excellent service. Each representative has been phenomenal to deal with, resolving issues & exceeding expectations in trying to make things right. Quality has always been on point! I have produced many complicated visuals & they did a great job in printing it on the 60+ shirts so far. There will be more to come, just a heads up One thing I worry about as an artist, is sharing my unique designs with a printer & having them profit off my hard work, not Allied Shirts! & I respect them more for their ethical integrity. This company does not deserve any negative reviews. I've received incorrect orders in the past (I am a professional) & have reached out via email in trying to resolve the matter & in all 3 cases, it was resolved.     Ordered with a GUARANTEE delivery date.1 day before after calling 3 different times to double check that it was on time and being told yes.all set.finding out my GUARANTEE isn't happening and the "best they can do" is refund me.so now it is Thurs.I need shirts for Sat...don't order form this company if you have a deadline.even if you pay for it and follow up.only to be told incorrect information.     Absolute WORST printing company. I received several shirts backwards, so i called to have them reprinted. They were for a memorial service benefit. The request "never processed", so when i was assured these would arrive in time, they did not. PAID for expedited shipping and did not receive it. Finally after several calls and emails and outright lies, i cancelled the reprints with the exception of ONE SHIRT that i needed for a guest. Two weeks later, i called for the one shirt that i was assured would come in a week, and that request too has been "misplaced". Absolutely horrific customer service and waste of money and time.     Pro: 1) Excellent Customer Support: early this month(Sept. 2018), Shortly after I submitted my design, the customer rep sent me three emails reminding the lower quality of my design and gave me some wonderful suggestions. After I emailed back the revised design, the rep sent two emails to acknowledge my new design and update the production process. On the day of shipping, the rep sent three emails to me updating the shipping information. Less than one week, I got my beautiful special T-shirts. Believe it or not, their customer service has been the best in my twenty year online shopping experience. They treat you like a family, not just a customer! 2)Excellent product quality: their T-shirts feel soft and great and surely 100% cotton. They offer options for both women and men. That is very important when you select! 3)Fairest price on line: I search four websites and their price is the lowest. Please go online and verify by yourself before your order. Con: None Recommendation: if you want to spend less and get better quality products, this is the place!

    You have an event. You plan for it. You send in your order in plenty of time according to their website. The shirts are GUARENTEED to be delivered weeks before your event. Day of delivery passes...no response. Day later, email telling of production delays with no new date of delivery. 3 calls made over the next week. I am informed each time that they are sending an email to the production team and will contact me when they receive word. Each time I call, they say they have no information of previous call. Now, I'm days from said event instead of weeks and they are still not dealing with the issues they have created. Please, if you want your event to have a t-shirt, stay away from this company.     I received these after waiting for 2 weeks. Not only are they not the correct color ink, they all have very visible streaks down the front. So, I contacted their customer service to put in a request for a refund. They took a week to get back to me with a resolution, but it was only after my numerous phone calls and several emails. I got a response today, stating that even though they found no fault with the tshirts, they will reimburse me. I'm glad I'm getting my money back but, how can these tshirts have been "printed as expected", as their review states? They look nothing like my design! Tip for consumers:Don't.     I ordered shirts from them on the 1st that advertises a 24 hour turnaround and paid $127 for overnight shipping. I finally get a shipping notification on the 5th that said they shipped (so not a 24 hour turnaround as advertised) that notification said I would receive my order by the 7th which is not overnight but still close to an overnight and still would arrive on time. I then checked UPS which was their mode of shipping and UPS stated late night on the 9th with no guarantee on that date. UPS stated that they did not ship this next day shipping and that it was shipped regular ground. Today is the 8th still no shirts... I called allied shirts customer service and got a man from another country who refused to check with UPS for any possible options for me to pick up faster, refuse to refund for overnight shipping instead of the regular ground that was used. He refused to acknowledge the dates that they sent me by email from them that stated I would have my shirts by the 7th. His only response was that they print shipping labels and the products can sit for days before actually shipped? WHAT? I paid for overnight shipping on t-shirts that were advertised as 24 hour turnaround. Horrible deceptive advertising and absolutely no help from customer service.     My second time ordering company shirts from this company. My first experience was excellent. Second order for shirts totaling $792 left a lot to be desired. Allied Shirts had agreed to remove the white background from my logo, printed on dark gray shirts, as they had the first time. I received the 60 shirts for my company, all with the white background on front and back of the shirts, looking very unprofessional. Finally, after 2 weeks waiting for them to make a decision, the informed me they would give me a $90 credit toward my reorder for their mistake. Look somewhere else for your custom printing needs.     The shirt itself is of nice quality. However the actual print of my design is as blown out and faded right out of the box. The white lettering is barely solid along with the design. Not good. The design i outlined was very rough and definitely not how i would've wanted it to be printed. Luckily these were only samples for myself.     We have talked to a customer service representative, but nothing happened. We are unhappy with the service and printing we have received. Here is a list of complaints. 1. No one has talked to me about my previous email asking for tracking information when the two packages didn't arrive on the day I was told. 2. I've now been told that part of my order was just cancelled without my knowledge. Supposedly an email was sent to us but we can not find it in my inbox, spam or trash. And I guess I'm just supposed to be okay with not getting what I ordered. I probably would have picked a different shirt or canceled the whole order. I definitely would NOT have gotten 2/3 of my order and just told the kids sorry you don't get one this year. 3. When calling customer service we were told that they have to review all of our complaints before they can fix anything if there is anything to fix. That's some crappy customer service. 4. When looking at the shirts we did receive the Red color is faded and stripy. Looks like my ink cartridge is running out of ink. Quality control didn't do great. 5.     Those shirts arrived way too small showed a men's medium therefore I would need a large in women's still really small and the picture is so faded I can barely make out what is on it other than the fact I know what the picture was it's just too faded for my customers to enjoy the beauty of the colors of the soap I'm not happy with the results Tip for consumers:Sizes are a bit off run smaller fyi!     1. Some of the items I ordered were out of stock. First thought, then don't let me select those items. If you don't have it, don't sell it. 2. I wasn't notified about unavailable items until nearly a week after my order was placed and billed. 3. No one contacted me about any possible substitutions. 4. My entire order did not arrive on time or in a timely manner. 5. The only verbal contact was contact that I initiated. 6. The items were not the quality most people would desire. (A white patch on a logo was not saturated enough to prevent material color from showing through. Looked cheap and budget.) Hard to understand that there wasn't some quality control measure to prevent that making it to the ship to client box.) Granted they were my cheapest options, and you know the rest.     They never tell the truth about shipping. I ordered shirts June 30. The shirts never arrived by July 12 which they confirmed. They told me it was a shipping issue. We have to reprint the shirts. Then it takes another two weeks. I called back and they say it was returned again because of the address. I thought they were joking. They weren't. They said they have to reprint and send them again. I called back for the 3rd time on July 31 and guess what they said, it was returned; shipping issue. They have to reprint them... WHAT? Never ever ever order from this company if it really is one. A baby was crying while I was talking to the customer representative in the background. UNPROFESSIONAL at best.
