    Terrible store - unbelievable decline in service quality. The order was split into several sections. Not a single one arrived. I contacted customer support, and the responses were even worse - scripted replies, zero interest in you and your order. The customer support from the Czech Republic lied to me, saying the order didn't arrive due to a block on funds in my bank, but the international support started refunding my money in part. For a while, my profile showed that the order was lost, and then any information about the orders disappeared. I still haven't received all my funds. My wife placed an order right after, unfortunately before I could warn her… it's been 2 weeks and it hasn't arrived either. I am disgusted with Amazon DE.     Worst shopping site ever! Three orders in a row that they dispatch my items after 17 days. Totally unprofessionals! Costumer service sucks, everytime i talk with different person and everytime no one gave me a solution.     Disaster, pure disaster. After years of excellent experience with this company not sure what happened recently. As many other say - 6 out of 7 orders not delivered (they contracted cheap but by far the worst carrier which do NOT deliver to customer addresses). Instead, they pretend they tried (say unsuccessfully) and place packages to their "pickup point" in different cities around refusing all requests for proper delivery. Their tracking shows the orders have been delivered but in reality they are somewhere in another city (in some farmers food shop, other in painting props shop, etc.). Amazon Customer Service is absolutely impotent, just apologizing all the time but unable to do literally anything with that arrogant carrier. No other way than to avoid ordering from them - never more. It´s a pity, but this is definitely the beginning of the end of another legend... Tip for consumers:Avoid ordering from Amazon who became absolutely unreliable company recently. Products used:Just one of severn packages was delivered, all the rest is displayed as "Delivered", instead the carrier (the cheapest and by far the worst - zasilkovna) placed it to some shops in other cities although door-to-door delivery was ordered.     Customer service suddenly dropped significantly in the second half of 2023. I have used amazon for 13 years. It suddenly supports English language in chat and phone. Only emails are allowed. Customer service was outsourced to somewhere else. The agents can't do anything about it. The logistics routes to Czech Republic dont get any improved and even get worse. Customer service becomes ignorant. Amazon for me was one of the best in Europe and now it is just a cheap website and service now. Price of all items also were increased a lot in 2023.     I have posted my bad experience with Amazon.de CS on their Twitter account. Was promptly and professionally contacted by Amazon Twitter Support. They have resolved the issue for me. I only wish that regular CS agents on Amazon.de marketplace have shown such goodwill to help and not only sending me automatic emails without even trying to resolve the issue.     I have bought Roborock vacuum cleaner on Amazon.de from UK. After aproximately half a year of regular use (prodact did a good job vacuuming and moping with small glitches) product sudenly started displaying internal ERROR 104 and did not want to vacuum or mop anymore. Since there is a one year waranty I have contacted manufacturer on their website several times with but no reply was received at all. As product is still under varanty I have contacted Amazon for help. At first it seems they were helpful and asked me to return the product from UK to given address in Germany. No paid label was provided but was advised to send it anyways, keep receipt and email it for refund once package is received. I have paid GBP111 for return shipping, however given Amazon depot address in Dresden was not valid and DHL in Germany was not able to deliver package which is now being returned to me. After contacting postal services they have advised that pacakge return will last months if everything is ok with customs clearing on the way back. Contacted Amazon and they apologised for giving wrong address and told me to resend it back to a different address when I received it back(if ever). I am now GBP900 (produt price) and GBP111 (return shipping) out of pocket and don't even know when and if ever package with product will be returned. Amazon is not willing to do any refunds for return shipping to the wrong address they have provided or product untill same has been received by them. There are numerous reports of people returning products from Uk to Dresden in Germany just to be told that delivery can't be made to return address and wasting their money ( https://www.hotukdeals.com/discussions/amazonde-amazon-germany-return-wrong-address-parcelforcedhl-*******). Amazon CS is not willing to pass my complaint to their manager and are giving canned replies that they can't do anything before item is received by them.     The worst experience we ever had with an online seller. The product iPhone 15 ProMax was never delivered and we had to claim a chargeback to get our money back. Their team was very inefficient in solving the problem, so we had to oppose the transaction through Revolut and got our money back after more than 2 months and after endless discussions. I do not recommend this company and we will certainly not use it in the future. Problems can happen to everyone, it's how you deal with them and find solutions that matter.     It has taken me at least 5 attempts to get Amazon to understand that the item I returned on Jan 30th was refunded and the cost of post was also refunded all in early March. Amazon in error also returned the item itself to me. The value is over €500. I was honest but it took me five attempts to get Amazon to understand the error and they asked me to send the item back to a different address and they would pay the postage. On March 26th. They now have the item since April 2nd still will not refund the €20 it cost me to return the item to them. Remember I saved them €500 and this has now cost me €20. How disappointing is this. I have communicated tens of times with Amazon. What a really poor customer experience.     I ordered few products for furnishing my new house when I moved to a new city. The prices and products are good but deliveries were mostly messed up.     Amazon.de's service and shipping is terrible. Almost every book I've ordered has come without any plastic wrap, just loosely thrown into a box to wither and warp from the wet and cold weather of Norway.     This was the last time I have ordered on amazon.de. I use their website in other countries but in Germany it seems to be a total mess. Just to summarize the situation, almost every order I made this year was handed over to neighbours, because the delivery company couldn't be bothered walking up the stairs. Amazon has assured it would never happen again and guess what? It did! I mentioned various times that the items are being delivered to my elderly and sick mother but yet again items were given to wrong neighbours or not being delivered at all which caused my mother so much stress.     The first time I ordered, they ripped me off on promotions I never got with the product. When complaining, they said just buy the promotion item we owe you, and we will refund you. I did buy it, and they refused to refund. The second time, they did not complete the order due to THEIR problem with a MasterCard in good standing, even after re-confirming it is valid and active.
