    The worst experience we ever had with an online seller. The product iPhone 15 ProMax was never delivered and we had to claim a chargeback to get our money back. Their team was very inefficient in solving the problem, so we had to oppose the transaction through Revolut and got our money back after more than 2 months and after endless discussions. I do not recommend this company and we will certainly not use it in the future. Problems can happen to everyone, it's how you deal with them and find solutions that matter. And here Amazon.de was a huge fail. Service
    I ordered some cat food. The cans arrived dented and damaged. They refunded the cans and promised free postage for the next order when it arrives. I made a new order and got back to them like I was requested. But it was a lie! I keep ketting the answer "you got wrong information from us, we don't give you free postage, sorry we promised it earlier, but we can't help you". So they just plainly lied about free postage, and the customer service is really bad - just copy-paste answers. So first I get poorly packed damaged goods and then an unkept promise to have my next order postage free. I will never make another order from them and I don't recommend this cheating store to anyone else either. This is what I was written in January: "As an apology for your experience, I will do an exception for you, please go ahead and place a new order with the fastest delivery method and reply back to this email after you receive the new order. I'll issue refund for the shipping cost when new order is delivered to you. Item should be fulfilled by Amazon to receive the shipping cost refund." And this is the answer when I got back to them: "I'm sorry about the misunderstanding and incorrect information that you received. The previous correspondence doesn't correctly reflect our current procedures at this time. I apologize for the inconvenience caused. We cant help you with shipping refund."     It has taken me at least 5 attempts to get Amazon to understand that the item I returned on Jan 30th was refunded and the cost of post was also refunded all in early March. Amazon in error also returned the item itself to me. The value is over €500. I was honest but it took me five attempts to get Amazon to understand the error and they asked me to send the item back to a different address and they would pay the postage. On March 26th. They now have the item since April 2nd still will not refund the €20 it cost me to return the item to them. Remember I saved them €500 and this has now cost me €20. How disappointing is this. I have communicated tens of times with Amazon. What a really poor customer experience.     ENTICING CUSTOMERS TO PLACE ORDERS, USING FALSE INFORMATION I was told by a chat agent that I could have a price promise refund of 105 euros. All I had to do was contact Amazon wheb I received my Ipad. I did this, and 8 chat agents later, and over 1 hour later, I was told this was not possible. I have a full transcript of the agent telling me I could do this. In my opion it is fraudulent to sell goods online by making false promises.     Disaster, pure disaster. After years of excellent experience with this company not sure what happened recently. As many other say - 6 out of 7 orders not delivered (they contracted cheap but by far the worst carrier which do NOT deliver to customer addresses). Instead, they pretend they tried (say unsuccessfully) and place packages to their "pickup point" in different cities around refusing all requests for proper delivery. Their tracking shows the orders have been delivered but in reality they are somewhere in another city (in some farmers food shop, other in painting props shop, etc.). Amazon Customer Service is absolutely impotent, just apologizing all the time but unable to do literally anything with that arrogant carrier. No other way than to avoid ordering from them - never more. It´s a pity, but this is definitely the beginning of the end of another legend... Tip for consumers:Avoid ordering from Amazon who became absolutely unreliable company recently.     Customer service suddenly dropped significantly in the second half of 2023. I have used amazon for 13 years. It suddenly supports English language in chat and phone. Only emails are allowed. Customer service was outsourced to somewhere else. The agents can't do anything about it. The logistics routes to Czech Republic dont get any improved and even get worse. Customer service becomes ignorant. Amazon for me was one of the best in Europe and now it is just a cheap website and service now. Price of all items also were increased a lot in 2023. I try to avoid now and buy from other online shops separately.
    Recently I bought from Amazon.de a e bike controller for 119 euro and guess if I receive the product. Of course not and Amazon says that I'm not elegible for refund. That is frustrating. According to EU directive we can ask a refund within 14 days, and according to any eu law 5 years if don't receive package. And they are not doing anything to have my money back. Of course I will start a legal procedure agains them.

    Amazon is a very popular online shop and for a good reason. It has all of the best things that anyone could neeed. I have been shopping on amazon for years and I have never been dissapointed. You should however note that there are some fake products in the store but you can always identify them if you are keen.
    Amazon.de's service and shipping is terrible. Almost every book I've ordered has come without any plastic wrap, just loosely thrown into a box to wither and warp from the wet and cold weather of Norway. Packages take long to arrive, and 75% of the time its damaged some way or another. PLEASE AMAZON just wrap your damn books in plastic, and package them better.
    Stopped use this platform, i found it most expensive and not safe place for shopping as they support scam. Also if you leave negative reviews even if you have a proof of the problem, they don't post on their review section.     The first time I ordered, they ripped me off on promotions I never got with the product. When complaining, they said just buy the promotion item we owe you, and we will refund you. I did buy it, and they refused to refund. The second time, they did not complete the order due to THEIR problem with a MasterCard in good standing, even after re-confirming it is valid and active.     Amazon.de is extremely careless and ignorant when it comes to packaging - they simply use whatever old bag they have lying around, throw your order inside and ship it - no bubble wrap of fragile items, not extra insulation for sustainable bags that can easily tear, not even using the appropriate size box/bag emaning that the items inside get smashed before they even arrive. Plus they have no customer service to contact, offer no refund for damaged goods, basically they don't care about their customers whatsovever so the experience is the worst possible and you'll be better off avoiding purchasing anything from them, trust me - tested a couple of times, so it's no a review based on a one off pruchase experience, but on repeated disappointment with the last few orders. I've learnt my lesson now and hopefully can save someone a bit of pain sharing this.

I even send a payment order. 3 days pass, I try to see the history of my orders - there is nothing! I'm trying to write to customer support and again they demand all the data about me and about the payment. Scoundrels, I already sent all this data 3 days ago! And when I try to contact you, the site tells me again that my account is blocked and I can't even write to you and ask when you will send my goods and unblock my account! I have never seen such idiocy and disgusting attitude towards customers either in China, or in other Asia, or in the Caucasus, or in the countries of the 3rd world.     amazon.de are absolute scammers, i bought 3000 euros of giftcards with coinsbee a company in germany, after i added them to the amazon account and ordered it was blocked and the order cancelled and i was told to provide info the bank card attached to the account belonged to me, i got a letter from my bank confirming ownership of the bank card ect and now they they need to see the 'proof of transaction' of me trying to buy the stuff from amazon via my bank i told them this is not possible because the order was fully paid in gift cards now they have totally ignored me and keep talking nonsense on the phone SCAMMERS this has been ongoing from september 2021 how is this theft legal
    This online shop used to be good but now it is just bad I mean like there are so many fake products beig sold on amazonand no one is doing anything about it. It is very frustrating and I hate it. You have to be keen all the time or you wll end up buying fake things. Always chekc the price because a huge disount has a reason behind it.
