    I made a reservation through amoma for the grand pasha hotel in Kyrenia. However, after paying the money, I noticed that amoma received more than 170 TL from me. No matter how much I corresponded, they didn't care. Never shop from this site. They don't care about any customers after they get the Money.     Nice and easy to use website. Even the internet support over the phone was ok, but transparency gone when you are showing a price, saying that includes everything, but credit card fees of almost EUR10 appears only on the payment screen...     Amoma apparently sold the reservation to another booking agent. After getting our payment for the room, they cancelled the reservation without notice. The phone number on the hotel voucher they sent us was disconnected. Maybe they have some 4th party agents that are reliable, but they don't tell you when you are booking. Avoid them like the plague.     After much consideration, I went with this website for booking a hotel in NYC, so far everything has been smooth. I did have a little trouble getting a hold of their customer service line, but if you wait they will eventually answer and are very nice. I look forward to my stay this August.     However the service at the Windsor Hotel has deteriorated considerably, Shower head fell off and nearly broke my foot, no apology received and the breakfast which used to be good is now hardly worth having, soggy bacon, stale eggs, no hash browns or mushrooms, cordial instead of fruit juice, poor selection of Sushi the list goes on.     We booked the Gran Hotel Cochabamba in Bolivia while attending my daughter's wedding. Beautiful place, wonderful breakfast, staff that spoke English as well as Spanish. Price was very reasonable. Could not have asked for more! Date of experience: December 9, 2017

    Great hotel. Perfect location just 15 mins from the town centre with a fantastic private garden, large but simple rooms, extensive buffet breakfast and outstanding and friendly service where nothing is too much bother.     Conveniently central, with surprisingly quiet and comfortable rooms, given its location. The Thyme restaurant offers first class food at very reasonable prices. The staff are all extremely pleasant, making the experience really enjoyable. Date of experience: June 8, 2019

    First time user of Amoma - Booked hotel online - received voucher (slightly nervous that Amoma was 'missing' from header) - this was not a problem...     It seemed a bit unreal, finding such a low price for a 5 star hotel. I booked then did some research on Amoma and almost freaked out with people talking about nightmare experiences, reservations not being there or confirmed, that it was a scam, etc. that did not prove to be the case. I called the hotel a week after booking they confirmed our reservation and everything went smoothly. People who complained ab the cancellation policy, it is stated before you book, you can't have a great deal and a non refundable cancellation policy, so I would disregard any of those reviews.     Lovely entrance and downstairs. Rooms clean, basic. Notice to say "no paper in the toilet!" Not sure why this was and nothing explained at reception when checking in. Continental Breakfast basic, only tinned mixed fruit, no fresh. Date of experience: June 14, 2019
    As everybody that has ever stayed here will attest, the service is absolutely the best. The wait staff, activities staff, maid, front desk. The food choices, including the other resorts in the complex, are limitless. What I noticed most was how clean everything within Hidden Beach stays, from fresh terry covers for the beach loungers to the sidewalks, almost constantly being swept. Just needs a proper beach.     Plus points include location near to Roma Termini station, cleanliness, budget price, fast check-in, hot drinks vending machine, room heating and room is made up every day.
