Took company weeks to finally decide they "couldn't" send the order I paid for weeks ago after they forgot to include it in the box they sent me with just a packing slip. After paying for expedited shipping, and sending countless emails asking for help, I was told to just wait. Finally, after waiting and waiting and still notgettibg a package with the missing items, inreceices an email saying they would refund the shipping costs and would ship the package. Then a few hours later I received an email stating they would just refund my money and wouldn't be sending my items. After making me wait all this time! They could have just done that to begin with. Additionally, they don't even provide a phone number for a customer to call for issues like this. I have never been treated so poorly by a retail company. So I was sent the wrong product. The lipsticks are so-so. They don’t last long and are drying.Beware if you have a problem with them there is no refund. Also note that there is no telephone either.
