This was first experience with this company. There won't be a second.     If I could give them zero rating I would! I'm 70 years old senior citizen can not go out wanted to buy some makeup for my daughter as a gift she has not even open and don't like them It was $100 worth of stuff.     One of the four items I ordered did not arrive on time. I contacted them and they said they would take care of it with a coupon. I live in Canada so I have to pay for shipping again at my own expense. I cannot believe this. After many emails back and forth (and the worst response), I was told that they would only respond to my refund request once, but only once? But I don't know if I will ever order from them again. I thought so. I asked them to delete my account information and I can no longer log in. However, I then received an email to my name requesting a product review. My personal information is still there. I haven't even received the product yet and they want me to review it? That's laughable. They must be kidding.     If you've ever shopped on their site you'll notice there are no one-star reviews on their products. I've written several for a particular mascara but when I go to the reviews for the mascara my review is curiously absent. I tried again to write another but it also is not there. The only reviews are glowing praises. No product is going to please everyone. In addition I have also received product that was completely broken in transit and was not allowed to return it. I was only offered a credit to use in the future.     After a disastrous order, I gave them another try, only to be disappointed again: the lipsticks smelled so bad I had to throw them away, and the eyebrow pencils fell apart after just a few days (the product fell on the floor and the brush detached from the pencil).     The package that came was fine but the sticks of eyeliner I purchased looked used, the boxes they were in were crushed and open. The eye shadow I bought had a strong smell when I opened it, I threw it away. I need to find another brand of makeup cause this cost too much for the services I received. I am not even sure I can trust the product or if they are sending me used items that someone else returned.     I purchased a lip stick and brush. The lipstick brush was crushed. The lip color was dry, and nothing like the advertised color.     I have ordered with colourpop once in my entire life. I have some extra money and decided to order some new makeup. They're running a deal on an eyeliner set and i wanted to grab some lippie stix. Well, my first order went through then automatically reversed. It's was about $200 worth of product, not uncommon for purchasing brand name makeup. They sent me an email stating it was probably a connection error and to try again. I tried again 3 more times and it would go through on my account then automatically reversed. I asked why and they've stated they have marked me as a "high risk fraud" and cannot accept/fulfill my orders. When asked WHY it was marked as "fraud" they told me they could not give me anymore details and refused to take my orders. This is absolutely ridiculous and horrible business practice. I will never EVER recommend them to anyone ever again. Tip for consumers:Don’t plan on spending anything over $100. Apparently that makes you fraudulent.     After receiving my lip mask I ordered during Valentine's day, I applied it the same night. The next morning I woke up to horrible chemical burns on my lips. It was excruciating and it took applying vaseline for a week to heal it. Messaged their "customer service" WITH photos of my burns. Was told they're not responsible for anything I'm allergic to... I have never had an issue with this company. Or the ingredients that was listed. I'm assuming it's the amount of fragrance they use. Company has gone downhill over the years. They mass produce and forgot about their loyal customers. Tip for consumers:Please spot test!!! A least a tiny bit before applying the entire amount on your lips.     Even though their products are awesome, their customer service is horrible. Rude, they don't read what you're writing, and as others have said it's like talking to a robot. Declaring the wrong value of a package is fraud, be it lower or higher than the true value. They have no problem putting down the wrong value and then say they cannot do anything about it and not refunding you the unnecessary costs you've made. Even when you show them documentation from local customs that they're in the wrong. So be aware when you buy from them.     I had ordered two separate orders 5 days ago, I got 3-5 day shipping through USPS and I already contacted customer service 2 times already and have not received a response:/ Going through the customer care log I've seen a statement saying that there must be an error in the tracking system, at this point I'm just disappointed and I really want a refund for this garbage.     This is the only place I will ever buy lipstick from. I've ordered over 40 products and all have arrived very quickly and intact.     Shipped wrong item and after multiple, multiple times of trying to contact there has been no response whatsoever. Last time I checked, self tanning lotion is not eyelashes! Do not recommend buying from them, go through Amazon, their products on there are cheaper anyway.     Unbelievably thick heavy makeup. Not AT ALL what it looks like online! You will regret your purchase, and will wonder how it ever looked so good.     NOT giving one star, because when you get your items, its good makeup. BUT, when you have to contact customer service, that's where the problem starts. My first complaint was one of the colors being really bad. They asked for picture, I send them picture. They wanted swipe pictures, I send them swipe pictures. And AGAIN they want pictures. I gave up. Another time it was problem with a shipping code. Ended up talking to an Idiot who didn't read all that I wrote. Me: "The shipping code adds 30$ to my bill instead of taking away the shipping fee. Tried another code after but it too added 30$" Him: "You Can't add another code."... Bloody moron!     Their customer service is not that great and long shipping times. I made an order and they forgot one of my products. So when I message them back they said they would give me a credit for it the purchase value of it and could not send me the product they missed. So for me who lives in Canada to order it I would have to go back to paying full price (Because I used a discount code) and pay for shipping.     I've placed 2 order from ColourPop now and all the products have been amazing. The only problem is they don't deliver to the UK and therefore I have to use a third party delivery company. I have used comGateway who are great, but it's annoying to have to go out my way to organize delivery for such small orders (plus pay a premium for the postage).     Colourpop have alot of great stuff. Its a pity since lately ive had to pay customs and taxes since i live in europe which makes me wonder how worth it they still are.
