They're running a deal on an eyeliner set and i wanted to grab some lippie stix. Well, my first order went through then automatically reversed. It's was about $200 worth of product, not uncommon for purchasing brand name makeup. They sent me an email stating it was probably a connection error and to try again. I tried again 3 more times and it would go through on my account then automatically reversed. I asked why and they've stated they have marked me as a "high risk fraud" and cannot accept/fulfill my orders. When asked WHY it was marked as "fraud" they told me they could not give me anymore details and refused to take my orders. This is absolutely ridiculous and horrible business practice. Rude, they don't read what you're writing, and as others have said it's like talking to a robot. Declaring the wrong value of a package is fraud, be it lower or higher than the true value.
