I had the pleasure of interacting/chatting with Hans Vega who not only answered my questions as I was trying to book 2 rooms at a time for 4 people. Hans was so nice to offer to help me with the booking as I needed the rooms either next to each other or across the hallway. He really made a difference and I appreciated his honesty and transparency. Does not matter we live in Europe, we always received very good care and most satisfying service from the Customer Service before and even after a cruise. Recently we booked cruise with NCL but could not resolve issue of their CruiseNext deposit, how to add it to our payments. We tried to get answers from NCL via e-mails but did not receive answer apart of confirmation of e-mail receipt. Mr. Enrique Bravo was a CS person who interfered, helped to find traces of the deposit and add it to payments already done. Many thanks to him and other Customer Service colleagues! Good work!
