While on their site you will get fake coupon codes that don't work and when you contact customer service they just tell you that some things are exempt. And that is all they will tell you. If you ask anything else or try to contact them thereafter they will not respond to you at all. They also charge an obscene amount for shipping. For a box of pins that costs $4 and weighs maybe 2 oz the charge $17 to ship it. They called me and said that the free shipping was not free and that I would have pay. I cancelled that order. They are horrible do not order from this company., False advertising. The solution that they offered after you couldn't get anyone to respond over a week was to ask me to pay over $400 for shipping to get it here 1 day sooner. Ridiculous terrible customer service!
