But to get told today that the shoes are no longer available. But they have been giving me the run around.     Do not order online! Buy in store! My package was delivered 2 days early (good thing right?) Unfortunately I was not aware of this. The package was left at the bottom of my stairs and subsequently stolen. I called customer service and was advised I'd receive a refund due to this. A week later after not receiving a refund or any further information I contacted finish line today and was placed on hold for 15 minutes. I called back and spoke to someone who stated since it was delivered to the right address I would not receive a refund. I advised the package was not delivered on the day I prepared for it to be delivered and asked to speak with a manager and was advised the manager was on another call. After being placed on hold again I was advised another refund request would be issued and waited for an invoice number. Instead the call was terminated on their end. I called for the 3rd time and immediately asked for a manager, sharing the details of both previous calls. I got an apology and an explanation of what had already been explained.     I went to your store establishment to purchase sneakers one of the employees told me they didn't have my size in store so she ordered them through store computer and informed me they would be delivered in 3-5 business days which is fine I received an email a week later telling me my order was cancelled, I call customer service and they tell me there is absolutely nothing they can do about it. This is complete inconvenience to me as a customer and unfair especially when it's a gift for your child literally a few week away from Christmas.     Me and my wife ordered 4 pairs of shoes 2 kids pairs and 2 adult pairs. Well we received 3 of the 4 pairs an I have been trying for over a week and a half to contact someone but when I call I just set waiting for 2 or 3 hours and no one answers my call at all I have sent multiple emails and got nothing back. This is the absolute worse company I have ordered anything from they don't give a $#*! about there customers so I would spend my money elsewhere. They won't be getting anymore money from me.     I went to a finish line located in bay shore mall and was accused of stealing two sneakers that I had brought with me to exchange for my son Christmas present. I was told I had to wait for someone to check the cameras.I felt very embarrassed the other's customers were looking at me when the manager said I took these sneakers.I don't know what to do and I hope that manger be held accountable for this racial profiling. Christmas is over and I could not give my child his sneakers because im waiting on a store to check cameras. I will never shop there again.     I order a pair of sneakers and paid for express two day delivery $22.99. Two days passed and my order is still being processed. I called customer service twice they stated that it takes 2 -3 days to process my order. What's the point of express shipment if it not coming until a whole week later and every time I check the date keeps getting pushed back. First it was Monday then Tuesday now Wednesday August 23.     Was able to order some special edition sneakers as a gift for my brother. What a great disappointment when said sneakers arrived in the wrong color size and gender and of course the ones I ordered are sold out. Now I have to waste my time going to the mall and return these ugly things where I'm sure I will have to call customer service again and again when they mess up my refund.     Purchased shoes 1/7, received tracking information 1/7 however shoes did not ship until 1/11. When I inquired, I was told with 5-7 days for standard shipping. Why send the tracking information the same day? It is 1/16 and shoes still have not been delivered. Also purchased from a competitor the same day. I have received shoes, returned for a larger size, and they are scheduled to be delivered tomorrow. My advice, shop somewhere else.     They used to have stores in my area but I think they all went out of business, and now I see why. I ordered a pair of shoes online over 2 weeks ago and as of this review, they have not even shipped yet. I just cancelled the order and ordered from another company. They've already shipped. When I complained to Finish Line, they stated (after a LONG wait with their online chat support) that they do not work weekends or holidays. What sort of online business doesn't ship on weekends?     I ordered a pair of Jordan's for a Christmas gift and received 2 different sizes. Called service numerous times and waited on hold for literally HOURS and never received an answer. I have a paper trail of emails exchanged back and forth, saying they cannot send a return label only FedEx and such. I finally just went and returned them to the store, the store manager called customer service and got a confirmation number however now the order says complete. No shoes were shipped no refund no communication at all. I would NOT recommend at all, sadly I am out of the gift and also my money.     I placed multiple orders on the app and they were cancelled. It takes 4-5 days or longer to even know if they order was fulfilled or cancelled. Meanwhile if the item get restocked you are left clueless to rather if you should buy again or wait. When you finally get word the ordered was cancelled the items are either Are sold out.     I ordered a two piece set and only received the top. Since it was sold out I could not get the shorts that were suppose to come with it. I feel I should have been notified before hand if quantity was not available. When I called I was somewhat surprised I was not offered a 10$ credit or at least some compensation.     Ordered shoes on the 29th, got a tracking number checked the tracking number 4 days later and still no update, called after 5 days of no updates and was told they were lost in transaction and said a replacement pair would be shipped out with 2 day shipping, 8/3…. 8/4 called again and was now informed of a 4-6 days return processing then the 2 day shipping, at this point that's 10 days plus the initial 5 days I already waited… at this point I just asked for a full refund and will refuse to ever spend my hard earned dollars at one of there stores!     Honestly, I am not sure where all of this Finish Line hate is coming from. Literally a week ago, I ordered some Nike shoes in a men's size 10. A week later, they come in perfect condition and in my size! For 40 dollars as well! I honestly don't see what y'all are complaining about and you shouldn't have a reason to.     Claims full delivery, but has delivered only half of items offered. Customer service says not taking calls. An hour later (when taking calls) says wait is 115 minutes (not making this up). Online complaint method for order, after you supply order number, tells you order has been delivered with no way to tell them otherwise. This company is garbage.     I ordered my son shoes for back to school a week ago. They have held onto the money for the entire week and sent me an email last night that my order was cancelled with no other explanation.     My son purchased a pair of expensive tennis shoes from Finish Line. He wore them one time but they hurt his feet so he went to exchange them for a larger size. He was advised that they do not accept ANY shoes that have been worn. This is so ridiculous. We will not be patronizing ANY FINISH LINE store again. If you want to be treated with care and concern you may want to consider purchasing merchandise elsewhere. Tip for consumers:It would have been nice to know that you could not exchange the shoes under any circumstances if you wear them.     I purchased 3 pairs of sneakers, paid for rush shipping which would have the item delivered in 2 days and only received 1 pair in 2 days. 2 days later I received an email that one pair was cancelled but never got a reason why and for the 3rd pair it's been a week since it says that the mail carrier hasn't picked it up.
