Although I thought I followed the detailed measuring instruction precisely, an employee contacted me wanting to affirm a measurement he felt might have been short. After further measurement details and suggestions, I added 2-1/2" to my sleeve measurement, and thankfully so! My jacket is of incredible quality and fit's like a glove! The process was streamlined, the platform is very easy to navigate and I was able to track my package. Thankfully I happened to be home when it arrived, I was worried about possibly having to pick it up at UPS if I missed the delivery. The bag was packaged nicely with clear instructions. I did take some photos (kind of like when you rent a car) but the bag is gorgeous and still has that new leather scent. Reason I chose this business: BBOS's website was easy to navigate and shop from. Reason I chose this product: I'm thinking of purchasing a Louis Vuitton when I go back to France this spring and am testing out which style I like best. QualityOverall, I would do business with LuxLair again. Their Customer service took the time to address my concern and did so in a very satisfactory manner. While I'm not floored by the designer product I purchased, it's second hand and difficult to truly judge the quality until actual inspection, in person. They do offer a return policy. Lesson learned when dealing with second hand goods. Overall, Lux Lair was very accommodating and provided options when I was disappointed in the purchase. I would do business with them again.Beautiful very deel red, very difficult to capture the deepness of the red as the photos came out much more vibrant/bright. Everything looks good but will only know if it will last once I've started using it. Customer service was great, these guys where so helpful and communicative when I need more images on the inside and color of the bags.
