    I ordered two advent calendars for my daughters. One is missing an entire row of product. I finally got ahold of a customer service agent at Glossybox and they will not replace the missing product that I paid for. Not a good experience. I will not ever order from this company again.     Where do I start?! I only received 1 box yet my bank account is full of transactions from this company. They have taken so many unauthorised payments from my account, even though they have acknowledged my cancelled subscription! I started off being nice to them about it but now I'm just fed up and threatened them with Tranding Standards etc. They can't get away with that surely?! The box I did receive contained false eye lashes with no glue, a face scrub and a hair mask... definately not worth all this back and fourth nonsense!     This business is absolutely despicable. I had a 12 month subscription. 2 boxes I didn't even recieve. The boxes are pretty bad, repeated products, leaking, broken. Then I tried to cancel 3 x and they ignored it and charged me. Now I've tried to contact them through EVERY POSSIBLE METHOD. I have evidence of cancelling in October and they are playing dumb ignoring me. I'm going to the media and every review site to make sure people don't fall for this. I reviewed on Other sites and they replied in 2 minutes claiming to have sent me a message when they've actually ignored me. It's hilariously terrible.     Update: After contacting Glossybox 2 more times and then letting them know that I would be filing a credit card dispute since I received the wrong item they apologizes and processed a refund. So they did eventually make it right, but I had to fight for it. I ordered a specific box from the outlet store (Feb 2020) and was sent a completely different box (March 2020). When I reached out to Glossybox about the error I was told that it was blind purchase and too bad. I do understand that some products may be subbed out, but I received a completely different month's box. The Feb 202 box listed the featured items for that box and no where does it state that I might not receive that box at all. I received a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT BOX with not a single one of the items that was featured in the box I purchased. I provided screenshots and photographs to show what I ordered vs. what I received. Glossybox is refusing to send me the correct box or a refund, so I am going to have to file a credit card dispute. Such disappointing customer service. Just own up to your mistake.
    I've tried multiple subscriptions and Glossybox is the worst. The products aren't worth the price, which is fine, I was just trying it out. However, it's impossible to cancel your subscription. I actually had to replace my card for the account it's on because they refused to stop billing me.
    I ordered a 12 month subscription for my mom for xmas. She received 5 months and then it stopped. No contact; no refund; nothing. After many, many messages, they said it was backordered, they no longer ship to the US, we never paid, etc etc etc. Overall they stole my money and I'd never use them again.     The most shady business practises I've experienced. I got the december box and knew about the subscription auto renewals as I've had many subscription services before but could not find any option to cancel it on the webpage. I assumed it was not part of a subscription because I used a code and got a different box then those who have subscribed. (I saw comments who have the subscription complaining not getting it and being neglected) In January they took my money for January and finally found an option to cancel and did. Because the subscription says still active although I received a confirmation e-mail that I cancelled I contacted CS. They stated me the policies for a 3,6 & 12 month subscription which does not apply here at all. After a bit back and forth, they even admitted that once you sign up and cancel immediately one more box will be generated after cancellation which means you automatically sign up for 2 boxes.     Do not bother! I decided to give it a go for a year subscription but first ordered a "try" x2 boxes. I do agree it is not expensive but what have arrived was rubbish. Its like you put money in your pocket and you lost them or someone stole it. But more then a month later I decided to give it another go for another try, and what was there - IDENTICAL 2 boxes that I have received more than a month ago. Fuming! Support says - it's blind boxes and they can't help me, But EVERY item in BOTH boxes came identical. Rubbish company! If I knew Glossybox is a scam - there are many other beauty boxes to chose from!     I want to cancle my subscription since there are "shipping restrictions" for the 3 box bundles but none for the regular subscription, but you told my refferal her order was canceled due to supply orders is just unprofessional and I will not be a member with service like this.     I got my 1st box ever. They include a picture with products you're supposed to get with what they are. Problem is 2 of the items inside were valued at respected $20 EACH lower then item I was supposed to get. They said it was only about $5 off retail. I call b. S. because I've looked up and purchased both before. Wss supposed to get the Josephine Cosmetics Full sz Dew You(avg $38)and received bella pierre finishing powder(cost average $13) and supposed to get the Polaar deluxe Mini mask and received the nailpolish).     I was charged for 2 months and recieved nothing. Their phone is cut off and customer service doesn't exist. I had to cancek my card to keep them from robbing me blind.     I wasn't happy with my usual beauty subscription box so I decided to try glossy box. I received three months of boxes and was extremely disappointed. The products I received are things I don't normally use and I felt like I was throwing money down the drain. I cancelled my subscription last month. Then this month I received an alert that I was charged for another month. I contacted their customer service through the message app. That representative said they would send my issue to a higher up and would make sure it would be cancelled and I would no longer be charged. Before using the messenger app, I had sent an email regarding the cancellation issue. First the representative offered me a refund for the last charge if I agreed to continue the subscription. After responding that I would like to continue the cancellation, the representative told me they could not cancel my subscription because it was already past the cut off point. Luckily I had taken a screen shot of the confirmation from their page to verify the cancellation. I don't have much faith they will follow through with the cancellation so I cancelled my automatic payment just in case. Please don't waste your time or money on this business.
    I have been a suscriber for over a year. My December box has still not arrived. Their customer service is no help. When you ask on instagram you get a generic response but no explanation for why so many people have not received what they paid for. They also overcharged me and keep asking for proof. Well if you look at my account you can see you charged me 23.00 instead of 21.00. I cancelled and wil be switching to birchbox.
    Glossybox is a scam! They will continue to try to get money from your account every week, you cannot talk to anyone and its impossible to cancel your menbership
    I signed up at the end of the month for a months subscription to Glossybox to see if I liked the products they sent. I was automatically charged two days later for the next month when I hadn't even received the first box. Glossybox told me; " If you choose to subscribe to the Monthly Plan between the 15th to the end of the month, you automatically agree to following month's charge." This means up to 50% of people could be in this situation and charged for something they don't want. Very underhand tactics. Tip for consumers:Don't sign up to this company; the first box for £10 might seem great but you will have nightmares trying to cancel and most likely end up paying for months you don't want for inferior products. Products used:Well my box has finally arrived and the products are not good either. Glossybox state the value is worth over £50. Price was too much...for what you get... Not worth the money... This is a breakdown of what I received and its value if I had bought separately online: Ahava mineral shower gel 25 ml £2.70 Sphia + mabelle eyeshadow £5 The eye shadow pallete i would never use; totally the wrond colours Feel free eye contour cream 20 ml £5 Dwtn paris blush 15 ml £5 417 serenity legend bath salt 100g £5.50 So while it is worth more than £13.25, it is certainly not worth 50 and I would probably use only 2 or 3 of the products.     I signed up for the monthly box 4 months ago and do far, I'm satisfied. It's fun and the presentation of the box is beautiful. I don't really buy many beauty products, I hate to spend the money and end up disliking the product. With glossybox, there's a variety of beauty products and a description of how they work. I've even found products I plan to use daily and will probably buy in the future. I love the hey honey products, a few good eyeliners and my favorite, the nail polishes. There's masks in most of the boxes too, I give them to my mom, I'm not big on masks, but she loves the ones I've given her. I tried birchbox and glossy is so much better.
    Cancelled after a couple months because it was all deluxe and sample sized skin care, hardly any makeup, not worth the price at all. Card got charged another 2 times after canceling, I had the cancel email, still couldn't get a refund. Terrible customer service, fraudulent charges, bad products. Check them out on BBB, or consumer affairs - lots of similar issues. No one even reviews these boxes anymore because they're so bad.
    Awful. The boxes get progressively worse, I immediaely binned the last few. WARNING, all subscriptions come with an AUTO RENEWAL, no matter how poor the boxes are or if you're too late cancelling the auto renewal, you will be charged for the full subscription. Customer services will NOT help you with any issues... AVOID at all costs!
    So you think you can "try" a box or two and see if you like it? Forget it, you are roped into a 12-month subscription no matter how you try to cancel it.     Began my 12 month Subscription in October 2021. Received a box every month from October to September (12 months of boxes). Emailed to cancel on 23rd September 2022. Was informed that the cutoff date (14th) to cancel for the following month had passed so I would still be charged and receive October 2022s edition, then it would not renew. Woke up this morning (1st November 2022) to find they have charged my card for November's box. Contacted them right away and received a response back saying: "Please not that this was cancelled on 23-09-2022. And note the subscription full term is 12 months" As you can imagine, I am confused and fuming that they continue to take money from my account and receive a generic, incorrect response like this when I have clearly and evidentially completed the full 12 month term!     I liked my first box, but the second one was a joke. Like the sample ipsy size but double the price. So i cancelled, buuut they keep on billing me. Finally after trying all ways to contact them they accused me of having a yearly not monthly subscription... good thing i had my original email. Then she back peddled real fast. They are liars and scammers. And they try to trick you into thinking you are stuck in a yearly even if you have a monthly., pay attention... we will see next month if they actual cancel.     Just received my first box. This is very late, which is totally understandable given the circumstances. However, the products inside are dismal! One is broken, one is expired and the final three can be bought online for a total of seven pounds! Their claim that the box is worth over £50s beggars belief!
