Within 2 hours this lady calls me back and leaves her personal cell phone on my recording. I literally stood there with my mouth dropped to the floor. So I call her back and she immediately tells me there is no excuse for Heartland's behavior period, then she offered me a resolution that far exceeded anything I ever expected.
