It will not acknowledge that it misrepresented itself and did not explain it was a third party. They pretended to represent the Grand Hyatt Hotel in San Francisco. After learning that HotelPlanner was charging almost $200 more per night for a room I cancelled the reservation and booked the room directly with the hotel. Calls to HotelPlanner (they answer the phone "reservations " pretending to be the hotel) for 2 weeks now about refunding my money have yielded no results. Beware of being ripped off by HotelPlanner!
