JBL is low quality garbage I've been through multiple headsets that have been replaced under warranty and they just keep breaking and having connectivity issues you can look it up Customer Service put me through a runaround for over a year and a half till they finally asked me to return the product which I can't even find anymore so save yourself a headache don't buy JBL they're not what they used to be Service Value Returns Quality Date of experience: September 19, 2024Could barely understand customer service man. I have 2 base speakers from JBL and also have Bluetooth JBL devices such as earphones, headsets. I like the bass quality that JBL provides also the hardware quality is great as compared to other products. Date of experience: July 23, 2021The agent namex Ykang told me that they will send and email but did not, he even discpnnect me frkm chat without a warning. Very incompitent, I was just asking help to complete my order as I keep getting error but he didn't even help me resolve and pass e to someone, i asked Ykang to email me he said okay but an email never came. I am a JBL fan user but your service was really bad and it sadden me. You should consider hiring a capable people to assist your customers without bad attitude, I also recall Ykang just used all capslock word which makes me feel i am stupid. This so appaling.
