Tip for consumers:They rip off customers by not displaying or telling if you return refund is minus shipping charges, we'll I'm fighting that with my credit card company

QualityComing from a FORMER employee, this company is incompetent, rude, unhelpful, and above all else, PASSIVE AGGRESSIVE. The employee and management conduct is severely disappointing and borderline illegal. There were several instances where I feared for my safety from another customer, notified the manager, and received NO help. I asked if this verbally aggressive and touchy customer could be removed from the store and the manager replied, "Um I don't really know if I have the authority to do that". I then had a panic attack as this customer wasn't leaving me alone. When I came back another day to speak to a different manager she replied, "Oh yeah I saw your panic attack on the security cameras, it looked pretty bad". I have had several other instances like this one, where I feared for my safety, was talked down to, was denied a raise I was on track for while new employees with fewer achievements and half the experience at Kohls were given a raise. This is an establishment I will gladly never associate myself with again and I recommend any reader does the same, for your own sanity and safety.

I'm absolutely appalled at how this business conducts itself and how misleading and how much of a misrepresentation it is to the general public when it comes to Kohl's and kohls.com. They are two completely separate entities where one will not help the other.
Every year around my birthday this company gives me $10 to spend in their store which I appreciate. On my birthday I purchased two large pillows using up most of the $10. I had a week to pick up my order which I did 6 days later in the only Kohl's in our area at zip code *******, being Prescott Valley, Arizona.
While in the store I noticed for the first time when looking at the email, that my order was sitting in a store in Las Vegas. This is not the first time this app has sent my items to Las Vegas. I clearly put in the store that I wanted my order to be sent to but for some reason it ends up 250 miles away.
A simple fix would have been to have replaced the two pillows while I was in the store and when I asked somebody in customer service for a manager they said Kohls.com and Kohl's are two completely different entities and cannot interact with each other. The public needs to made be aware of this.
I was told basically to waste my time and call customer service. I got a lady called Victoria who with her broken English I had to explain the story twice where I got absolutely nowhere.
I asked for a supervisor and instead of one coming on the phone I had to wait for between 3 to 5 minutes while she types out the whole story and then a supervisor finally comes on the phone.
I got another person with broken English by the name of Diego who was the requested supervisor. Once again he could not help whatsoever.
I called the headquarters at *******000 to which when you press zero which means 'other,' as I did not want to be redirected back to Kohls.com again it simply loops itself and puts one back onto the menu again. I tried this three times yesterday and finally gave up.
I then decided to call the manager of the store in Las Vegas where my two pillows were sitting, hoping that she could get in touch with a manager at my local store where I could pick them up next week. She also informed me that Kohls.com and Kohl's are two separate entities and nothing could be done. She said that she'd request a callback for me from the headquarters to sort this mess out.
No one called yesterday so I wasted more time today and attempted to call the headquarters again to which the menu loops itself.
I then called back the Las Vegas store where Amelia the manager who I spoke to yesterday is now on vacation so I got another manager called Kathleen. When I simply asked her to call the headquarters for a call back she said 'well I'll get in touch with Amelia she's on vacation right now.' I wouldn't want to be bothered by a store if I was on vacation; Amelia isn't back in the store until a week's time being next Wednesday so I said 'let's forget that I even spoke to Amelia could you please call the headquarters for them to call me back.'
The reason why I wanted the pillows when I did is because they were on sale at the time whereas they probably aren't on sale now so I'm not going to get them for the $10 that I originally had.
Of course nobody has called me back from headquarters. Does this surprise anybody?
Tip for consumers:I have now requested a callback from the headquarters via two different managers of a store. If the company had any ethics at all and cared about their customers I would expect to get a call.

QualityKohl's delivery service is an absolute disaster. Not only did my order arrive late, but it was missing items and contained items I didn't even order. Customer service was unhelpful and seemed indifferent to my concerns. Kohl's, you've lost a loyal customer due to your unreliable delivery practices.I went to Kohl's today to shop for shoes. Bought three pair. I had a 30% discount coupon a 20% in-store coupon and because it was 15% off military Monday I thought wow I can at least use one of these since I was buying almost $300 worth of shoes Went to the cashier only to find out, I could not use any of these coupons on anything I wanted to buy. All the advertisements for coupons is just bait to get you in the store. They don't mean nothing! I couldn't find anything I could buy with any of the coupons that they had advertised, I will never go back to that store. And I will tell everyone I can not to go. I am tired of being lied too! What a wast of time! If you are an employee there, I urge you to quit immediately if you have any integrity at all!

ValueI went to the Hamden Store to return items from an online order. I was told that is alright that I did not have tags on the merchandise and I just bring to the store and return it. When I got to the store, the customer service was having difficultly matching the skus with product. They called customer service and they said that they can't help because the system was down. The manager told associate to call back and see if they could resolve the issue. Associate called them and I spoke the customer service person and they said that they processed the return but were not able to credit my account and I had to call my bank. I called my bank and I had to make a claim against the transaction. I figured that I would call kohls customer service back and see if they would resolve it for me. They did not and told that I had to go back to the store and get a receipt. I explained to them that I gave the merchandise back to the store and can't get a receipt. So once I got of the phone with them, I called the Hamden store and told them what kohls customer service said to me and the manager told me that he has heard of that and it ridiculous. So I have made a formal complaint with Kohls and I am just looking to get my money back which is around 190.00 bucks. I just so frustrated now and don't feel comfortable ordering from kohls.con anymore

QualityI'm in elderly woman and I work 6 days a week to make ends meet. I bought a dress and when I watched it it came out of the dryer with a little white balls all over the dress. I made a complaint about this dress that I purchased. Kohl's gave me $35 in an email for the flawed dress. Little did I know the gift certificate was good for less than a week. I tried to make an order online for a pair of shoes and the money was no good. Thank you calls for pretending to care.whenever I make purchases on my Kohl's card I get charged a late fee. Reason? Kohl's says there's something wrong with my bank account. Right! I believe they do this to their customers because 30 something dollars late fee adds up because Kohl's probably has tons of Kohl's charge card members...
