I called and got the online customer care personnel. They said they can only help with on line order returns. I went to MAC in Macy's. They said I couldn't return it since I bought it in a free standing store. They also said I have hooded eyes and should have purchased waterproof eye liner. I drove to King of Prussia Mall only to learn the MAC store closed. To start, the phone line to call in for MAC Cosmetics does not provide options that are helpful and it is really hard to speak to someone live. I have wasted HOURS of my time over the course of the last 2+ weeks trying to get a resolution to an issue. Something horrible happened to me as a direct result of being lied to by not one but two different customer service agents. When I got in touch in to rectify the problem, instead of helping me I was actually lied to two more times.
