I was skeptical at first, considering how good the deals were as well as the reviews I later read online, but that all ended quickly. I was initially overcharged, so I emailed them and they responded within 1 day - and fixed the issue quickly without any further complications. I then received my order a few days later with accurate tracking numbers. Honestly, I don't know how this company makes money taking into account how good the deals were, the quick shipping via UPS and their exemplary customer service. Found some cool stuff at reasonable prices and placed a few orders. The second two orders arrived quickly, with the first going through some delay. Reached out to customer service via email. 8 days and no reply, so I filed another support request. It's been 3 days since the second one and neither requests have been answered. Looked up other ways to reach them seeing as email doesn't seem to work. Tried leaving a reply to a recent tweet on their Twitter account. They actually responded pretty quickly and told me to DM them with my inquiry. The only problem is they have DMs disabled for anyone they're not following, and I can't message them with details on my order. I want to use their site again in the future, but I'm hesitant because every attempt I've made to reach out to them has resulted in little to no response. Plndr no longer has a customer service department which mysteriously vanished after plndr started stealing peoples money.
