The last time I walked in, the girl that was there had an apathetic expression an didn't even bother to say hello. I waited a few to see if she would offer assistance at all since I was the only customer. NOPE. So I left. Ordering online was almost as impersonal as going to the store. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes May 11, never got a confirmation e-mail, shipping notice, or tracking number. Nothing aside from my PayPal payment authorization. I received my order 11 days later, which was ok but I would've liked to know when I would receive my order. The shoes look and feel great. The site advises to order a half a size up. I agree, I got one pair my true size and the other a half a size larger and the former are slightly snug while the others are just right.
