I purchased shoes online for a birthday present, they arrived but were the wrong size. I contacted customer service and asked if I could exchange, there said no. I had to send them back for refund only (if the box was damaged in post on return, they would not accept). Fast forward, I was notified my return had been delivered and a refund sent. So I went to re-purchase the same shoes however they were now unavailable. Skechers said they would not upgrade me to the next shoes or pay the difference. Or even give me the same price when my size became available. They just tried to brush me off as quickly as possible and offered nothing to help even though it was their own fault and wasted a month of my time. I'll never buy Skechers again because of this. To add: don't trust the sizing, two pairs of the same numbered size can be completely different sizes. It's all junk made in China marked up by about 200%.
