    I tried to make a PayPal payment but received errors. I called PayPal and they said there was no issue with my account, I understood. I paid for an order using PayPal earlier today and for other orders lately and there were no PayPal payment issues. I then called Target and spoke to a woman who thought it was a PayPal account issue. She couldn't understand that the problem was with their OWN website. I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor and then I was disconnected. I called again and asked to speak to a manager or supervisor but was told basically she couldn't transfer me and or there was no one to transfer me to. She also could not understand that the errors were because of their OWN website after telling her multiple times that there was no problem ordering an item earlier today and also at other times too lately, I believe I may have said using PayPal.     Would give zero if I could. Target.com reguarly ships product with ZERO packing materials. I have complained multiple times. They also use cheap shipping service (surepost). Over half shipments arrive damaged. Because of no packing materials, the collectibles inside were damaged. Yet they will not process a return for a damaged item that THEY shipped using THEIR shipper of choice and THEY decided to put no packing materials in the box. Their customer service states they have to esculate to a specialist that will call me in 5-7 days. I have a video and photos! What is there to esculate? What happened to customer service?     I've been buying from Target and using their curbside pickup for years but their employees are getting worse and worse. I picked up an order today in Lee's Summit and the guy that brought me the order was a teenager that was rather rude. In the past the employees were very nice saying have a nice day after bringing the order but now they just toss the bags in and walk off. This is a problem in most stores across the US it's not just this one store or company. Service

My recent Experience was nothing short of appalling and has left me questioning whether Target truly values its customers. The incident occurred when I attempted to return an item that Failed to meet my expectations or function as advertised. Instead of receiving The assistance and understanding I rightfully expected, I was met with rudeness And disrespect from an employee who conspicuously lacked a name tag. This Individual's discourteous behavior and dismissive attitude were deeply Unsettling and completely unacceptable. To exacerbate matters, when I attempted to escalate my concerns To a manager or someone in a position of authority, I was informed that they Were all on vacation. This feeble excuse for the absence of managerial Oversight only served to compound my frustration and reinforce the perception Of Target's indifference towards customer satisfaction. Moreover, my attempts to address the issue with Human Resources Were met with refusal, leaving me feeling ignored and marginalized. I cannot Help but wonder if my treatment was influenced by discriminatory attitudes, as I am of Middle Eastern descent and visibly Muslim.     In recently bought a cookie product that said it had icing in it. I opened it up and it had no icing. I was furious and I would never recommend target to anyone.
    My home oven broke so I ordered a countertop oven for pickup. So many issues but the worst was how rude customer service was. Not only did they not help he also cut me off and ended the chat abruptly. I took screenshots of the end of the chat too. That's target for a wonderful holiday. Service
    I think that prices could be lower than what the store has them at and that it should jack the prices up because of the store name and that quality of the stuff should also be important to them and not the price and that customer service could be better or at least more polite and that it could have the layout of the store easier to get around in and understand where things are at. I called customer services about an order I placed on 12/15/23 which was supposed to arrive on 12/20/23. The order did not arrive on the 20th so I called on 12/21/23 and a customer service representative was so professional and compassionate, she made sure I received my refund so I could reorder a gift for my Grandson.     Was directed to target to purchase. They are not transparent. They said in stock and when I went to click on by now it would not allow me. It said check back on November 10. Stayed up till midnight to check back. Set in stock again when I went to click on by now, it would not allow me once again. The next day it says out of stock. Tried to call customer service.     I cancelled my Red Card and asked them to remove all of my personal data from their computers. It took awhile, but the agent finally spoke with someone and was able to comply. There stand on homosexuality is blatant and immoral--even having kid's clothes and the kid's section in rainbow colors is disgusting.

    I bought and ordered for pick up at a location closest to me. Found out that it was of stock. Sent it to another Target almost 20 miles away. Was out of stock there. Then just ordered it on Amazon same day delivery. If you don't have an item why say it's in stock. Fix your inventory numbers. And show what you actually have in stock in store.     Will not be ordering anything from Target online again! First, I ordered a package containing a vinyl record and the box was in shambles, plus the record was literally split down the middle. Then, I submitted for a replacement and they sent a CD and the system updated the order for that. Called to say I got the wrong item, and even though I submitted photos, they said their system shows a CD and not the original vinyl I purchased --- EVEN THOUGH I HAVE PHOTO PROOF AND SUBMITTED THAT WITH THE REPLACEMENT REQUEST! So then, I get refunded for the price of the CD which is less than the price of the vinyl. Granted, I bought it with a buy 2 get 1 free special but I would never have bought a cd because of the low value so I lost in my savings that I would've gotten with the Vinyl record. Then they had the audacity to ask if I wanted to purchase the vinyl record from them and I said no way, I'm already out my expected savings and it's only going to show up damaged anyways. I will never purchase from Target.com again and I certainly wouldn't recommend anybody purchasing anything fragile as it won't be packaged properly and be sent broken, and avoid the nightmare of trying to explain to the help center because they won't take hard evidence over their system's and warehouse faults.     I went to Target in Westlake Village to buy a coffee maker, nothing fancy. The Hamilton Beach was on sale, and I got it, paid $25+ tax. When I got home, the package was missing the basket.     I ordered an Apple Watch Series 8 from Target. They shipped me an empty Apple box. There was no watch, band, charger, etc., just an instruction manual. There customer service is terrible, they just transfer you from person to person and none of them help. Their 'investigations team' stated that it was a successful delivery, so they wouldn't refund me. You cannot contact the investigations team and no one tries to help. Be wary ordering something of value online from Target or you could be throwing your money away.
    I went to target to buy a present for my friend for his birthday. When I was looking, I went into the bathroom, and when I walked in there, somebody was having an entire graduation party in there. Every stall was taken up, they had presents stacked up to the ceiling in every stall, and had a big graduation cake on top of the sinks. There was probably 10 people in there. It gave me a headache. But other than that, I found everything I needed at target, and I will definitely be back again (as long as there's no more bathroom parties, I think its a tiktok trend).
