AWFUL company. I ordered a shirt on Jan 31 8:30AM with their Valentine's promo with the expectation of having for a performance on said day. They claim 2-5 business days for processing, then another 2-5 for shipping. As of today (Feb 18) I still have not received it. AND they won't refund my money, instead they talk around excuses and shipping times and closed dates that aren't even relevant to the order (even had the nerve to say they are close on the 17th, well YEAH but that is still later than the day you said it would arrive.) GARBAGE and I am sure they don't pay the artists enough. Go with any other online tee shirt company other than this one. AND THIS UPDATE RESPONSE BELOW FROM THEM IS LAME. If you provided good customer service, which you don't you will have refunded me already. Also I was in touch with you more than five business days regarding it and you gave me a run around answer. And hey note, the President s day holiday has nothing to do with it. You were already negligent in shipping it on time. They are deceptive in advertising and shipping. Why did it have a tracking # for over a week without any other records? Because they didn't actually ship it on the 7th, just created the label. Big difference. Weak excuses. Shirts were advertised as $15 deal per shirt, got an additional offer of 20% off for signing up, total scam. A $30 total before the 20% off ended up being $56 and change. Nothing was honest. I would have purchased at least one shirt if there were transparent pricing. The fact that the whole thing was an experience in lying and cheating prevents me from doing business with them. Also, there are computers and larger car parts that ship less than what they charge for a featherweight t-shirt. If you want out you have to email them. Then somebody may respond and tell you when your contract is up. I confirmed through email that I do not want to be a part of any exclusive program with Threadless. They confirmed that they would "make that note on the contract so it doesn't renew. It should be active and reflected in your account until it lapses in September of this year." BUT they renewed it anyway. I suggest you not get involved with this company. I have regretted working with them too many times now. I feel like they have been rude to me as I try to navigate working with them. They have also been careless, unorganized, unprofessional, and the product quality has gone down. No reason to take a risk and enter an exclusive "contract" with this print on demand site. I wish there was more info online about how difficult Threadless is to work with. The design begins to peel and crack within a year of purchase. And it's a shame when I compare those shirts to ones I bought 10 years ago that are still holding up and look better. The print quality is terrible compared to how it used to be. In the photo, the shirt on the left was ordered in 2012, and the print is barely faded. The shirt on the right was ordered in January 2021, and has obviously deteriorated, even though it's only ever been washed on 20 degrees. The same goes for all the other shirts from that order. Whenever we wash them now all the clothes in the machine are covered with print particles. Won't be ordering from Threadless again. They kept telling me they've verified the items would be shipping soon. Turns out due to a "bug" they completely forgot to actually process my order (Other than charging me). It still hasn't arrived. 15 t-shirts were, presumably, lost in the mail or not even shipped. I haven't heard a thing from the Customs office in my country so it's safe to assume that it hasn't arrived. Efforts to contact them have proved fruitless as I got no answers. I live in Portugal and our Customs service can be a bit prolonged, but i have never ordered something from America that took this long to arrive. If you are looking from a dependable t-shirt store i would not recommend this one.
