We stopped in at Toys R Us on Broadway in Vancouver today for our first baby purchases. One of the ladies there was very helpful giving us a complete run down on strollers and car seat combos. The car looked as if it was returned by someone because some pieces of the car have worn away. Also, when I went to return it, they said that I can't! It's now well past their 1-6 day delivery timeframe. They don't respond to any of my messages/emails/calls. They haven't so much as sent me a tracking number. Their most recent reviews on their site are from September 2019. Starting to think this is a scam. I spent $1.4k on Lego. How can I get a refund if the order never arrives? The worst service in the world. Chinese fake lego sellers have better service than this. Let that sink in. Tip for consumers:Avoid this company. The price on the shelf is not the correct number so when you go and purchase these items thinking you are getting a sale it is incorrect as they have changed the price to end in. 97 and do not let you know that. They told me to go print out bank statement to show that I bought it with them and I did exactly that, came back with the statement then now they had to go check all the transactions for that day I bought it likeeeeeee okay I was patient enough to wait, now they found the transaction and everything should be sorted right?
