    It's a joke. The customer service number states you're the next customer on que. I waited over 1 hour and 32 mins. Then finally, hung up! In the meantime, tried to chat. Was 9 in que. That was another 45 mins drooped to 5. Then disconnected! Happened twice. Love their products. But the customer support is the worse! Beautiful, expensive large spinner suitcase. Used twice; Zipper Shredded and broke. Would be great if someone would help
    The straps on the large duffel bag are made very cheap now. I've barely used the bag and there is no other wear and tear on bag but the strap is literally breaking apart. Customer service was of no help. Showed pictures of the rest of the bag and strap in good condition as well as the defective one and they will not replace it. Very disappointed that they will not stand by their products. Would never purchase another Vera Bradley bag. Products used:Large travel duffel bag Service Value Quality
    Vera Bradley unveiled the new HP collection this morning. Website crash and you can't even call their customer service line. Ridiculous and very irritating. Super disappointed in in VB. Poor planning on their part. 0 stars
    Unfortunately straps are wearing out after 2 months opening and closing shoulder straps going to metal grommets of opening up the backpack I love the fabric but I would not buy a backpack anymore from Vera Bradley Value Quality
    Ordered a robe. Made the mistake of partially removing the tag. Robe is too large. Contacted Vera Bradley and was told robe would be considered altered and I would not get credit to replace it. Next time I will shop at Target or Amazon. I would have no problem with them and would probably be told to keep the robe and would get a full refund and would be able to buy the correct size.     I do not own one, But my girlfriend owns a few. I am allowed to touch it anymore because "i handle things to tough". They are so poorly made, that it will rip all the time. I would never buy her another one because it would make me mad if i ripped it again. Put your money towards a better designed bag that you can actually travel with.
    Everything about them is great They have the best quality and their product is at a higher standard.
    I ordered a purse on clearance for my sister's birthday, and decided to grab one for me too... decided while I was there to grab 2 masks... they ship the masks and the purses are marked as pending. I check on it occasionally, still pending. EXACTLY a month later I look and it still isn't shipped, I email customer service asking when it will ship, they send a response that my order did ship and send the tracking number for the masks... So I have to call the customer service that tells me they were out of stock of the purses, and they canceled the order. The site STILL shows the order as pending. I just can't. I tried to be nice to the rep, but I've waited a month I could have still been looking for my sisters present. This web site sucks. Don't order anything you can't do without, because it might not come. Don't order add on items you wouldn't want without the main purchase, as it might be all you get.
    I ordered a backpack as a Christmas present. Because I'm spending Christmas at a family home in another state, I wanted to add different shipping and billing addresses to avoid confusion. When I tried to do this, the Vera Bradley website made it impossible to check out. What the hell, I decided -- I'll just use PayPal. Little did I know that my PayPal account has an outdated address attached. Vera Bradley gave me no confirmation that it would be grabbing my address from PayPal. I assumed, because I'm a reasonable human being, that I'd get a chance to enter it in. I did not. Vera Bradley locked onto the incorrect address like a squid latching onto a whale. I called customer service to get it changed, and was brusquely told that this was impossible. Apparently, this godawful site processes orders SO FAST that the address was locked in stone like the tablets Moses brought down from Mount Sinai. It was absolutely out of the question for it to ever be changed. I paid SIXTY OF YOUR AMERICAN DOLLARS for a product that I will never be able to use because it is being delivered, with laser-like focus, to an address I have not lived at for over a year. And all because the checkout on the website was broken. Hopefully this story illustrates exactly how much the gelatinous cubes at Vera Bradley care about their customers. P.S.     While I have purchased thousands of dollars in the past, I just had my first return. Mailed back, and now they say it will be a month before I am given credit. It took 1 day to bill me, this is a horrible process! Tip for consumers:Be sure you have funds available for a return as it can take up to 60 days for a refund. I used a check card which was not smart. Products used:None on this order
    I bought the small tote--twice. The first time the inner pocket ripped but I loved the bag so I replaced it. The second bag developed the same problem. I called and they said I should send it to Quality Review, which I did (at my expense) never heard a word till I got a refund notice. No explanation. I called and was told that they would not replace the bag because I had it for more than 6 months. They also refused to allow me t talk to quality control or to send my original back. In this day and age why should a manufacturer not try to satisfy a customer? Poor quality, poor service!
    It take them for ever to process a return. They received my items back on the 15th, they have not processed it yet. Most stores take a day if that to process it, Just looked and they said it can take up to 3 weeks for them process a return! Great so I have no product and no money. Will never buy from them again. Tip for consumers:DONT unless you are 100% sure you will not have to do a return.     We purchased a wristlet during the 20% off sale. Then, about a week and a half later they retired the style, so a $78 wallet turned into a $39 wallet. When we emailed customer service about a price match, they refused saying the time frame for price adjustment was up. We were asking for nearly $20 back, just to be refunded to our card. So, avoid their customer service at all costs, and price matches, might as well not bother trying.
    I received a Vera Bradley throw blanket for my birthday. I made the HUGE mistake of washing it with some towels. You should see all the fuzz that is on those towels. I have washed and re-washed them to no avail. That fuzz just won't come off. If I had purchased this blanket, I would have returned it for a refund. I will never buy one of these for sure. Buyer Beware!
    I would not suggest anyone to work for this company. I was hired as a Seasonal employee for Christmas then moved to a Part time Sales Associate after asking if I could stay. I really enjoyed working there at the time. They did not train on the floor and constantly locked me out of the system. I averaged 5 hours every other month if lucky. Meaning everytime I came to work I had to call support and change my information to clock in. Everytime I would go into work everything was rearranged. So when customers asked for help, I wasn't able to help and it made me look stupid. My boss had given me hours I was not notified about until I received a call the day of asking if I was coming in. A day before I sent my manager at the time a message in regards to when I can come in to get a form signed. This form was proof of employment for my insurance in which she replied, you can fill it out. Refusing to sign it. Due to this, I lost my insurance. Causing me to reapply to try to receive them again. I'm still waiting. Within that message, I also asked about upcoming hours I would have. She did not mention anything about my schedule for the next day. My last shift I walked in straight to the back (without being seen=safety hazard) to put my stuff in my locker. The locker was cleaned out. My boss at the time would let us put stuff in our lockers to hold until we could pay for the items we wanted to buy. I came in that day to make a big purchase (all the stuff in my locker)(also a loss for the company) and everything was gone. So, I proceeded to leave the store to go home. I then sent my boss another message asking why my locker was cleaned out and was informed that the big boss was visiting soon. I take it as she did not want the boss to know about the stuff being held in the lockers. There were many other issues within the year I worked there but these were the main ones. This was the location in Texas City (Tanger Outlets-Houston Tx). I wanted to inform others about this so they don't experience what I did.     I've been buying Vera Bradley Purses, Wallets, Hand Bags, Crossbody's for 19 years and will continue to keep buying them! I love the quality of the quilted material! They hold up for a long time and can be washed if they get dirty! Vera Bradley is the best and really for the most part the only store that I buy all of purses, bags, wallets, and crossbody's from!
    I was belittled, humiliated and shamed by a male employee because I went behind a partition to retrieve an item on display that so could not find in the store. I did this because there was NO ONE on the floor to help me and the employees at the register were very busy and I did not want to bother them… So so did not think it was a big deal to move the partition and grab the backpack I wanted to bring up front and see if they could help me find it. I did this to save them from leaving their registers and having to go the front of the store… Well, apparently it WAS a big deal and this man took it to a level it did not need to go, trying and succeeding in making a fool of me… Because I was trying to HELP him… He reminded me of a mean girl from high school by the way he was resting ME, a CUSTOMER! I left the store embarrassed and my friend stayed behind. This man continued to carry on about me going behind the petition to customers and other employees and my friend heard every word. She put the bags down that she was planning to purchase and walked out the door… I hope the laughter he got from my expense was worth losing almost 400 dollars in business… And untold amounts of future business as my friend WAS a frequent customer. He absolutely overreacted and tried to make ME look like a jerk when in fact HE is the one was the jerk… Service
    I have had a lots of Vera Bradley bags over the years and I have been disappointed in some way probably 90% of the time. I usually see a pattern I really like but then it's hard to find the style of bag in that certain pattern. I know most people would say just order online but I am just someone that likes to see if the bag is a good fit for me In person. I am a plus size woman and sometimes bags can hang on my arm werid so I am very picky. The second way I am disappointed with Vera Bradley bags in the over all quality and price. No matter how you want to look at it 99% of vera Bradley bags are cloth. 95 Dollars for a CLOTH bag is kind of insane. The third way I don't care for the Vera Bradley company is the extremely rude employees. My husband recently returned a bag to the manger at a vera Bradley in Knoxville Tennessee and the manager made him beg for my money back. She was wanting to call me and confront me over the phone about the return. Then she cheated me 20 dollars on my return. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
    I had a $30 off coupon to Vera Bradley from a previous purchase. I put in the coupon, the discount was given and then before I could place the order I was forced to set up a new password. Then, I was told my coupon had already been used and I could not use it again. After many emails, customer service finally got back to me with a replacement code -but the replacement code does NOT work. The message says " No coupon found". I am so done with this company! They are so overpriced to begin with- it is not worth it to put up with such their horrible customer service. Service Value Quality
    I regularly purchase purses, wallets from this store. It is nice experience, all the products are standard in quality and have long time durability. The material use to make them is high standard. Price is also in budget.

    I received a coffee mug/tumbler from here a few years ago. Since then, I have misplaced placed my lid. I was going to just buy another mug and share the lid, but I noticed the styles have changed and I didnt know if the new lid would fit on my old mug. I reached out to vera Bradley to ask them, and I also wanted to ask if I could just simply buy a replacement lid. Unfortunately, they discontinued the model of mug I had, but Vera Bradley graciously sent me a $20 E gift card to use to buy a new one! I, in no way, even asked the company for a refund since it was entirely my fault that I lost my lid, but Vera Bradley deemed by cup unuseable and they kindly gave me this gift card. I had amazing customer service and a quick response within about a day. Thank you, Vera Bradley!
