    Be weary, I had this company for awhile till I switched, I had extra data increments more than once when the data should have been there for me. It wasn't was banned, that's correct banned, I tried going to a web address and it failed. Even when there's was a data line of service, so watch for this they'll steal data increments. That's right, i said they Banned from using in my search engine, whatever. While, this happened in a live connection, terrible. Beware, of their scam and tricks there not trustworthy.
    I purchased a phone on the Virgin Mobil website ON the box it gave what I thought would be simple instructions. Now way in He! So then I called the Customer number Then the nightmare begins. 1st answer We will check for a tower in your area, I can look out the front door of my house and see the tower. If my old phone works from that tower, why not this? 2
    I ended up crying, hearing that Virgin Mobile is transferring over to boost mobile. It's so sad. They have been nothing but outstanding and amazing customer service.     Two words. Just. Dont. I would give them negative stars if I could. Their customer service is the absolute worst I have ever encountered. On the day that I cancelled my plan I called in as I had just been automatically billed and wanted that money refunded. I was told it wasn't a problem and I could have the money back in 72 hours. It is now two months later and still no refund. TOTAL SCAM. Don't waste your money.
    My 2nd phone from them today, first I gave one to my elderly mom for over 10 years on auto pay no problems & phones last forever. Just added another line today the phone was $30 and $35 month unlimited as my 2nd backup phone. Reception has always been great though customer service guys? Needs improvement! I have Sprint as my primary and if these guys use sprint towers they are beating them at their own game cause Sprint Sucks!
    Now I'm in doubts whether do it or not! I wonder if these are real people who have so much complaints about the company, or maybe satisfied customers just don't feel like leaving their reviews and the whole page turns out to be negative.
    Purchased two iPhones. Tried returning one. Never, could return it. Cant wait for year to be over. To never deal with virgin/sprint again. Unlimited internet but it slower the 1mbp. Cant use internet while on phone. Or send a photo text in under 5 minutes. Horrible customer service. Stay away! Not even for $1.00! I will post a YouTube to show how slow their internet is.
    Don't go to Virgin if you want a Droid phone. They cut off my service and still charge me $35 a month. Thievery at its best. Ive been with Virgin for years, they lost my loyalty today for life. Ill never do anything with them again.
    The mobile service was good. The internet service was deplorable. It rarely worked and usually just sat flashing red. Had to phone customer service so many times. 45minutes average call. You think they'd send a new modem right away. Then it worked for like a month. Then it didn't work at all. So I phoned and cancelled the (non) service. 25 minutes and I'm done with them. They acknowledged the disconnect. Then sent me a bill stating the account was suspended, and they would close it after some time. So they ran the cost up another three months to burn me. After all this, my phone and internet were attached to the same account. So I lost the phone I had for for years, and the non-service that didn't work anyway. Could have had me for life but they chose to be unwise, and function as a collection agency. It's Bell Canada in disguise...
    SCORE = F; 1-10 = -1 Can't speak to a live person on customer service the "Vindaloop". Lost money buying their pre paid phone and can't even use the darn thing or talk to someone to get it working; their automated system didn't work properly. I also quit paying for my "pre paid" after I put 5$ in and the phone said I needed to add more money the very next day without have even using it! I thought it was a mistake and gave them another 5$ and the same thing happen. Tried to reactivate sent me to boost mobile through virgins number and gave 3$ without the company anything. Complete waist of money and time -SCORE: "F"
    Just spent 3 hours attempting to get a replacement phone due to current phone breaking. Thought this could be easy, but they would not just replace the phone. They would only replace the phone under a new contract that would cost almost three times the current contract cost. After all the discussion and being hung up on two times, I attempted to get a refund but was told that I could only get a $100 back. Then when connected to accounts, the young lady said they would not refund the $100 of the $300 balance on the plan. It is certainly sad that you can not speak to anyone who will tell you the same thing twice and will not stand behind their service. Just do what is right. And be warned...
    The agent working in Virgin Mobile was not professional person. When I wanted to switch from another Mobile company to them, they charged me $38.50 From my credit card and did not ask me whether I had SIM card. After I paid $38.50 and tried to use my cell phone immediately, the cell phone could not work since there was no SIM card be send to me. I called back to agent, and they just recognized that they did not delivery the SIM card to me. If they delivery the SIM card to my address, it would be take 7- 10 business days. Based On their service, and I canceled the virgin mobile service since I can not wait 7-10 days without cell phone service. They just refund me $35.50, there was $3 charge for activity fee. I paid $3 for nothing and only wasted my time. I will not use this Mobile phone company any more since their service is NOT professional.
    Taxes for a mobile plan in Florida are outrageous! But with No Contract, you only pay sales tax. We have the $35.00 per month, unlimited: data, voice & text. Been with Virgin Mobile for about 4 years now switching from Verizon to T-Mobile to Virgin Mobile that uses the Sprint network. Why Sprint can't compete with Virgin Mobile prices is a mystery. Virgin Mobile isn't always changing plans like the others who suck you in with a good plan and then either discontinue or change it.
    If I give an advice: do not get a virgin mobile phone! Their phones might be ok, but the coverage is bad and the customer service even worse! (if you manage to talk to somebody). I really regret being with Virgin for the past last year.
    Bought a phone but I realized that it would not let me send or receive texts. So called up the Virgin Mobile help line and one after another they kept transferring me to different people. Then the last person told me that it might be because I live in a royal area. But I told him that I live smack dab in the middle a $#*!ing huge city. Then he told me that he was going to send me a message to see if it worked. So he said "give it a minu..." The son of a $#*! hanged up on me mid sentence. So I called back but it was after the customer service closes. So now I have to wait untill tomorrow.
    I spent a bundle of money on my Galaxy S7 and when I learned that Virgin is becoming an iPhone only provider I thought I would take my phone on over to Sprint since they share network. WRONG, WRONG, WRONG! Sprint will not accept a Virgin Mobile device. What a crock! Stay away... far away :(!
    VM discontinued service without warning due to a network upgrade at sprint in the middle of my billing cycle. Was told I had to purchase a new phone and calling plan to reestablish service. I complained and they offered a refund of the last billing month ( I hadn't used even a fourth of my voice minutes for the month). I then quit virgin mobile and went with a different carrier assuming I had the refund coming. Received voice mail that my refund was cancelled as I had made too many calls, even though I paid for minutes not calls. Classic bait and switch tactic. I still can't figure out why they didn't just discontinue service at the end of my billing cycle; instead they took my monthly payment first and then discontinued the service.

    I just wanted to top up my cell phone balance. Instead of 1. Cell number 2. Account pin 3. Amount 4. Select payment method. Submit! YOUR SELECT would NOT!
    I have a landline, so only use a cell phone for outgoing calls, in an emergency - like when I'm on the road or when Comcast screws up & my landline is inoperable. So, Virgin Mobile was the perfect choice for me. However, my lifestyle has changed somewhat & now I do get some (important) incoming calls to my cell phone. The cheap flip phone I got from Virgin Mobile worked OK, but at its highest volume, I could not hear it ring when I was driving or was anywhere there was background noise. Also, I decided I wanted texting capability. Because I'd been happy w/Virgin Moble, I checked their website for other plans & phones. I found my bill would increase substantially if I added text/data to my plan & of course, I'd need a new phone. So, I started i'net shopping. I found a plan w/another carrier that gave me fewer talk min. (which is fine for me) but also gave me the text/data capabilities I wanted for the same mo. Rate as I was currently being charged by Virgin Mobile! And they offered a great Smartphone at a reasonable price. So, I signed up w/them & bought their Smartphone. I did NOT cancel my Virgin Mobile service immediately, because I wanted to be sure I got good reception, no dropped calls & that I liked the new service & phone (I had a 30 day trial period). I used the new phone/service for just a couple of days & loved it, so I called Virgin Mobile to cancel that service - they do not allow you to cancel online, they make you call & sit on hold... for a long time, of course. The c. S. rep I got said I had to speak to an "Account Specialist" to cancel. "Maria", the "Account Specialist" - who had such a heavy Indian accent & talked so fast that I had to ask her over & over & over to repeat herself & speak more slowly, telling her I could NOT understand her - did NOT want to cancel my service, until she had put me thru HELL. She tried to get me to answer questions about my new phone/service, which I refused to answer. I kept telling her I had a new phone, carrier & new phone number & that I just wanted to cancel Virgin Mobile, NOW - I had to repeat this about 6 times! Then she then offered me a "free phone"! By now was fed up & almost yelling, I told her if she did not cancel the service, immediately, I would contact my state's Atty. General & also would file a complaint w/the Better Bus. Bureau. Finally she agreed to cancel my service. When I asked about a credit for the balance of the billing cycle, after cancellation, she told me because she had cancelled my service, she was unable to get that info. As the credit would only be for a few days, I chose not to argue with her & just demanded a cancellation confirmation number, which she gave me. I also told her there better NOT be another Virgin Mobile charge on my credit card bill & that I was done with Virgin Mobile FOREVER, because of HER! I then sent an e-mail to Virgin Mobile, telling them that due to this experience, I would never do business w/them again! And I recommend you don't do business with them, either!
    These Guys Are Just Thieves. You get promised a deal by the minimum wage Philippino who answers your call. You sign up. Later on, you find out that there is no deal, because, while they are very sorry, the guy you spoke to didn't tell you about the hidden landmines.
    I've asked the question what do I need to do to get the browser active again, as I'm new to the age of the computer and. Trying to learn all this I'm a short bit of time Thank you.
    I've been a customer for years, first under my parents plan, and now under my own. Very affordable, reliable service. Got an iPhone 6 on a 2 year contract for $50!
