    Company sent a defective watch. Lousy customer service. They then insisted that I pay a great deal for the return label. It is also impossible to get through to customer service Service Value Shipping Returns Quality
    They lure you in with low prices on quality watches that are name brand. Then when you order a men's watch they send you a ladies watch and that is where the fun begins, for them. They send you a return label and charge you for the return shipping. But wait, THEY made the mistake, uet I'm charged for it. Even better is they won't do an exchange. So you get refunded and have to purchase the watch you originally ordered again. But now it's not on sale anymore. And the circle of "fun" continues. Just avoid.
    Do not order from this company. Watch was broke upon arrival. I brought it to a jewler to have the battery replaced, which still didn't work. Sent it back in the original packaging, they claimed the back was scratched so they will repair it instead of replacing. Who knows of it is manufacturer parts going in, or proof of what was done. Calling for updates you're on hold for 30 minutes and get a mean customer service rep. 2 months after purchase, I still don't have my watch. Buyer beware. Saving a couple bucks is not worth it.
    Placed order from the Uk on the 17th July, there's a track option but nothing happens when I click on that. I can't chat with anyone to get it sorted either and nobody has replied my multiple emails. 2weeks later, and order status still says "processing". Got a friend in the USA to call em, and she was on hold for hours with no resolution. $#*!ty place to shop if you ask me
    The watch is very pretty and obviously genuine. It arrived in a timely manner, and was a gift for my partner for graduation. However when we opened it, the battery was not working, even though there's a sticker on the back that says it should not need to be changed until January 2022. Less important, it did look like the leather had been a little scratched by something but it's really barely noticeable.
    They sent me a fake item. I contacted them via email (their telephone number is not working) and asked for a return. They responded to my email 10 days later... after my bank filled out a claim. Payment mode was Visa card first they cancel the order by giving reason that i have not paid anything after that i have shared invoice they said you will get refund.     I have purchased from jomashop many times no problems at all. Some items take a little longer than I would like but they sometimes have to sourced. When World of Watches popped on my search for a PADI turtle it was cheaper and no tax so I jumped be fore I read the reviews. I was a little concerned when I read serveral reviews with poor ratings. The commutation was a bit slow the shipping took a day or to long. But to my surprise the watch came today in perfect condition in the original PADI box and papers. The bezel and chapter ring were aligned and she's biting at about 1+ a day all I can say jomashop did it again. It was shipped from Jomashop so don't know whom owns what but I'm very happy!     I purchased a Bruno Magli watch in red leather. It arrived and was far too small. I called the company every day only to get a busy signal. I also sent them many emails asking for a return authorization and never got a response. The watch would only fit on a child's wrist, plus, I googled the watch and they are selling it all Walmart for half the price.     I have purchased a few watches from WOW and this is the first transaction that did not go well which is the real test of any company. I can't contact customer service and emails are not answered also no tracking number provided. It's been three weeks now
    Communication was very good, mutiple updates for various stages of the transaction. Watch came in mint codition and faster than I expected. Was kinda nervous as I read some negative reviews, but my experience was very good. Would order again. If I was ordering a watch that cost thousand I would probably would want the original warranty, because if something were to happen that required customer service who knows.     I've been a fan of tritium watches for years. (Marathon in the Military) I prefer automatic watches too. (batteries are tough to find in the field) The Deep Blue combined both features in a watch that I don't have to baby. Mine has the flat vials for easier reading at night. Love it!     I had sent my brand new Swiss Legend watch back for a replacement when only having it out of the box long enough to realize it didn't work. Called their customer service and was told it was to scratched for a replacement or refund. I only hand the watch out of the box for 5 to 10 minutes enough to realize it wasn't working. Stay away from this company they are bad news. They should be investigated by NY Attorney General!
    Purchased a Swiss Legend watch from World of Watches. When I unboxed it I set it then realized it wasn't working, second hand was moving but the hour hands were not moving. I boxed it back up and emailed them they sent me the paperwork and shipping label to return it. I was told it would be 8 to 12 weeks for the repair. Requested a refund and I'm still waiting for that!     Terrible customer service. Ordered a watch and received an email saying I'll receive an email when the watch is shipped. It's now been 5 days and I've heard nothing. I tried calling just to be put on hold by a robot. Say on hold for 5 minutes until the robot came back and said they're busy try again later. THIS WEBSITE IS A SCAM!
    Purchased a tester fragrance from Worldofwatches.com only to find out they never shipped it. Won't answer my emails and wasted my time. I don't see how a business can advertise an item then not sell it to you or even answer your emails. I missed out on a sale from someone else thanks to WOW wasting my time.     In order to return an item you have to call a "customer service" phone number. I suggest you call it prior to ordering anything from them. It will either hang up on you immediately or music will come on and you'll sit there listening to music without anyone ever answering. That's the type of customer NO service you will receive if you have to return anything. I would not recommend buying anything from them!

Inquiry form on the website was submitted, with no response. 20+ call attempts were made with no answer. The number would ring once and immediately disconnect. Don't know what to do at this point.     Was a customer of WOW for many years, bought watches, cases, etc. Bought an expensive pair of sunglasses and received a pair of scratched and oily printed on the lenses pair. Sent pictures of everything, box, then bars, then of glasses and received email that they were going to review my case and if they decided would receive my product for a refund! What more proof did they needed? At the end I received my refund and they lost a great customer! PD I have pictures if needed.
