    I have always done well by this site. I've absolutely saved big time with their sales. Just got a 10 pack of KN95 FDA Masks for $5.97 thanks to a coupon. If you're an Amazon Prime member, this is the place for you. They keep me abreast of what's on super-sale there which is no easy feat. Just saved $16 on a chair cushion I was looking to buy on Amazon. One thing, it's not easy to log in and track your orders for items 1sale.com sells itself.
    I have been shopping with 1sale.com for years; the orders have always shipped quickly, and any issues are very quickly resolved. The customer service team is VERY responsive, clearly based in the US, and are quick and rather generous with offering their resolutions which I greatly appreciate. Yes sometimes dropshipping orders can go wrong, but with a strong customer support team at 1sale.com, I feel extremely comfortable and confident that the orders will go right, or the customer service team at 1sale.com will make it right!     I was very impressed with the quality and looks of this cutlery!
    Ordered and received them fast. Two packages of chandelier light bulbs. The packages were sealed. Three did not have clear plastic on the bulb part. They looked like they were heavily filmed on the inside where they were suppose to be clear plastic. Could not be cleaned off as it was inside the bulb. They do work but look dirty when on.
    First time shopper I found great prices on great products that other sites were out of. Fast processing and quickest delivery I have ever had no problems with anything through whole shopping experience. Would Highly recommend to others debating to use site. Five Stare for sure
    What can I expect when it is a mystery box. Well, I'm not feminine by nature, and I received a high volume (1/2 of each box) of feminine products: earrings, nail polish, perfume, wrinkle formula, etc. I wouldn't have minded a few products--they are random--but when each box is basically half feminine style products. Oh well, I know not to order the mystery box again. Caveat emptor.
    Good company - have used them for years - always give a refund or send new product if one arrives damaged. Most products good, but some are of poorer quality. Most recent purchases - LED garage light = wonderful - bras for wife = acceptable for the price - red washing mitts = does the job, but color bleeding out even after 3 washes. Customer service has always been great the few times over the years that there was a problem.
    I am over the top with the great customer service which is very rare these days! I ordered two popcorn makers & received one! After contacting customer service they immediately shipped out the replacement. Instead I received two and was told to donate to a needy family rather than the inconvenience of shipping it back! WOW! I plan on giving it to my hairdresser that works 3 jobs to support herself & son! Thank you
    I used to work for this company. As the customer, you run the risk of getting a great item, damaged or none at all. No refunds. Sending an email to customer service for help is a joke. I was assigned to use a script - the same script no matter how many times the person replied to say they never got their order. When I decided to track the shipment and provide a tracing number (item never arrived), I was fired.
    I have made transactions where coupons I had didn't get applied, and I emailed them and they applied the credit immediately. I have told them that I will continue to be a repeat customer of theirs.
    5 stars for customer service and timely delivery. Also appreciate a USA voice on the phone. Ordered the wrong size, fast efficient return and reorder process. Kudos Why send me 3 packages of the same style? I expected some of the same selection received from the first order. Just disappointed.
    And can't wait to wear it to our holiday party. (which will be in person because we need some normalcy)
    My order was here much faster than anticipated. I'm now flush with wipes for my little guy! It'll take us a while to get through them and at a really good cost.
    So far, my single experience with 1Sale has been pure frustration. Ordered 5 Logitech mouse pads, which arrived damaged (not sure if it was because of poor packaging --these arrived all shoved up inside a soft paper envelope that the seller had the nerve to call it " environmentally friendly packaging" -- or because it was improperly stored for too long). The damage in question are wrinkles and kinks that prevent them from sitting properly on a flat surface (which is kinda the whole point of using a mouse pad like these). When trying to use 1Sale return system, it gives me an error saying that these products cannot be returned now and asks me to contact their Customer Service. After sending the message to their CS, I got an e-mail from them 24 hours later asking for pictures of the damaged product. 24 hours after that, still crickets... Not sure if I'll even be able to return these things... So, yeah... If their prices look too good to be true, it is probably because they are! Be warned and stay clear.
    I ordered a pair of blue lens Costa Del Mar sunglasses but was told that they were out of stock and offered a $5 discount to select another pair of glasses. I did that because I already was committed to trying out the brand, but I really only wanted blue lens glasses. The glasses arrived, they are fine, but I feel like I was bait and switched by 1sale.
    1Sale Made sure that I have receive my merchandise even though it was ordered last part of December. It was my fault by Having it sent to a PO Box which they do not send to I called and had it sent to a house address and they had emailed and time and time again to ensure that I had received my package 30 miles above the Arctic Circle that is so awesome thanks again awesome job
    I have been ordering my Starbucks orders for at least a year, from 1Sale. Prices are good and delivery is normally fast.
    The only qualm I have is that I ordered a smart watch for $60 and my phone couldn't handle the app it needed. My battery was drained very quickly. I would have liked to return it but have had no such luck.
    I got a great price. The air fryer works great. It is better than expected, has lots of attachments and does a lot more than just air fry. It even came with a hard cover cook book. The shipping was very fast.

    I have very fine hair, and the Callista was supposed to help with volume; however, with all the heat and humidity, so far it has not been helpful. I am disappointed that it does not work better. I am not giving up since I may need to use some sort of hair product to help hold the curl. Still experimenting with the appliance.
    Immediately I receive the promotion order 2 pairs of sunglasses receiving an email confirmation of availability. Two days later got an email that said they running out of one of the pairs (the expensive one) and offer me to select another one or a refund. I end up with another pair. My point here is that how if I order at the moment I receive the promo and got a confirmation email of my order, how it's possible that the product was sold out? For the rest was an easy transaction and super fast shipping.
    I get their emails every day that show great deals at Amazon, their site, and other sites. I've gotten some great deals on face masks during this time that are a fraction of what places like walmart sell them for.
    I received the wrong color of my item, so I e-mailed the company and they sent me the correct one within 3 days and I didn't even have to return the other one! Good experience.
    IPad arrived 1 day early, didn't know what to do with it but will give to daughter because I don't have Apple account, Its in good condition and the price was the best!
