I ordered white they sent today green. Called customer service. THey said I had to submit an email. I did. They did not respond. My order confirmation clear states the order was for a white pair. Called customer service back and they said there was an error in their website that said white, but I received the correct color. WTF? They refuse to reimburse or do anything to make it right. Do not order from them. They send random products and will not fix it.I tried to exchange a Large for medium short. I mailed it back to them and Adidas sends back the same Large short. I call customer service and was told they only allow 1 exchange. It was THEIR fault the exchange was not corrected. The customer service Leshawn Customer Service Adidas America had me take a photo of the item and box to verify for their records the item was incorrectly sent back to me. Why do I need to waste my time to verify their mistake and still not get an exchange? Tip for consumers:Horrible customer service policy. DO NOT SHOP THERE.
