Warning scam shop. Dont shop on adidas.com. They charge you the amount for the order but if they dont have the item in stock they will not contact you and Adidas let you to handle all the contact with the bank/creditcard company. The customer service is very bad and have no function more than a gatekeeper.

Date of experience: January 2, 2025I placed an order online. The company I use, OnTrac, which is horrible, says they delivered at 11:30 pm on 11/26. Really, who believes they work that late? Anyway, it has been almost a month, and trying to get a replacement was impossible. I had to wait for an investigation after 3 weeks, and there was still no solution. I don't ever want to deal with ADIDAS again. They are a thing of the past and should stay their better options and better companies that resolve these issues quickly without frustrating the customer. PS. It was a gift for my sister and after this we have all sworn off giving them any business.

Date of experience: December 4, 2024Adidas has been awful. I ordered shoes and received a confirmation that they were delivered when I was home.but the package was not delivered. I searched my neighborhood also. I contacted Adidas and they told me to open a case with Lasership. Lasership did an "investigation" and told me it was delivered and to take it up with Adidas. Adidas would not send a replacement and told me they will open an investigation with Lasership. I told them I already did that and asked both for proof of delivery and was told they don't have any. Adidas told me they won't send a replacement. I had to dispute with my credit card. I also went to BBB to make a complaint and saw over 100 complaints exactly the same situation as I am in where deliveries didn't show up with Lasership and Adidas not caring. The funny thing is, Adidas sent me a 30% off coupon to place another order! Awful!
Tip for consumers:They have no accountability at all. They will make you deal with their shipper (Lasership)

Date of experience: December 8, 2024I placed an order on the adidas website. After 10 minutes realizing I purchased the wrong size, I tried to cancel. There is no option however to cancel, they make you go through the difficult process of contacting support who is available in only selective hours. When you finally get ahold of support they go through endless loops with you dodging you so you're forced to receive their product.
In the end, I gave up. Never buy on the Adidas website is all I can say here.
Date of experience: October 15, 2024When purchasing a pair of shoes online, the website froze and my cart emptied. There was no confirmation on the screen or in my inbox. Because of this, I placed the order again - ONE minute later. Then I received confirmation that a purchase for two pairs of identical shoes had gone through. Adidas refuses to accept a return and issue a refund despite it being an obvious website error on their end. Customer service said "too much time elapsed between the two purchases"...ONE minute. I have been trying to resolve for a month. Giving up now but I want others to be forewarned. I will never purchase Adidas products again.

I bought these brand new adidas running shoes and paid over 220.00 for them and the rubber base of the shoe is falling off! Not ok!

Date of experience: August 16, 2024I placed an order with Adidas online in August 2023. One item did not fit, so I arranged a return. The amount was $95. Adidas received the returned item on October 6,2023, and sent me a confirmation email. Since then, I have not received my refund. They kept making excuses, saying that my bank was rejecting the request (my bank never saw any request), and even offered store credit, which I agreed to, but of course, they never sent me anything. Today it is June 2024, and I can officially say that Adidas is stealing money from their customers.

I purchased a pair of shoes on sale, but unfortunately, my card was charged twice for the same purchase. Despite showing the bank message and report confirming the double charge, your customer service representatives, Ashad and Cristine, were extremely rude and dismissive. They told me to step out of the line and complain elsewhere. When I asked to speak with a manager, they informed me there was no manager available and told me to complain if I wanted.
This level of service is unacceptable, especially from an international company like Adidas. I have reported the issue to my bank and they are working on resolving it, but I wanted to share my experience with you.
I hope you can address this issue and ensure better customer service in the future.

The lack of care from the delivery team was appalling, and trying to get assistance from customer service was like talking to a brick wall. Adidas, you need to step up your delivery game if you want to keep customers.

If you make the mistake of signing up for Adiclub and forget your password it takes them a week to get you logged back in with a password reset link that works. I kid you not. I just went through it. In the meantime the clogs I wanted sold out. Thanks a lot for nothing, Adidas. Your website and your Adiclub is a completely inconvenient shambles and you should be ashamed.

Date of experience: April 26, 2024Be advised, when you use a gift card for your order and return some items, they will provide refund of the gift card before issuing the refund on the credit card, and it's impossible to change this, when you call they just speak to you like your dumb for wanting refund on your credit card instead of gift card. You're better returning the whole order and re-order the items you want to keep with your gift card.

My order confirmation clear states the order was for a white pair.
Called customer service back and they said there was an error in their website that said white, but I received the correct color. WTF? They refuse to reimburse or do anything to make it right. Do not order from them. They send random products and will not fix it.

Then an imposter contacted Adidas with via chat with a stolen email and the company gave them our credit of $240.00. We have contacted Adidias over 15x with no result. They keep reissuing an empty gift card with a zero balance and there is no possible way of speaking to anyone. This was a gift and I am beyond disgusted with absolutely no customer service. They don't care, keep sending their sorry nonsense. They are the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with.
Date of experience: March 10, 2024Bought multiple shoes from this app, they gave me a 25% discount code, the tnc did not state anything about exclusions, though I know items such as sale/limited will probably not be included. I tried a buy an Adios 8 running shoe but the code didn't work either, like it's literally a general running shoe, it's not even limited or hype.The only thing the code will work on is crappy normal priced item which have high stocks and less sales. Absolute stingy of them to do such thing, if the company can't afford to lose, don't simply hand out vouchers which are practically useless. Will rather buy from Nike which their codes are actually USEABLE on decent products.

Visited the store, they "were conveniently out of stock " of merchandise. The store manager offered to have us purchase merchandise via web. That was 11/15 & on 11/16 they withdrew the money. It is now 11/24 and no merchandise. The message has been stating "packing your order" since being ordered. Contacted customer service absolutely no help what-so- ever, simply and without regard told me my merchandise was on "back-order" no ETA. However according to their website there were 4 left in stock. No compassion. I was told I could cancel my order. I know what I can do but how about you do what is right and send my merchandise? This was a birthday present. Their lack of concern is beyond me. How can this deceitful if not criminal practice be allowed?

Date of experience: November 24, 2021The adidas load spring backpack may be water resistant, but it doesn't last very long. I got mine in August 2022 and as of March 2023 some of the seams on the backpack started to tear. Kind of upsetting since this backpack costs about $60 USD and is not cheap. Get a back pack from some company other than adidas for those who need one for work or school.

Update- it's been 11 days since the alleged delivery and the third party shipper Laser Ship has no answers so Adidas is refusing to refund my $180. Ive officially disputes the charge in PayPal now. This is definitely the last purchase I'll make on adidas.com.

I have t-shirts from 2021 that are in great condition and the neckline hasn't ruffled! I bought one 6 months ago and it has holes in it and the neckline is ruffled to the max! Even their shorts are made from thin tissue paper with that annoying mesh undies inside! I'll never buy this cheap rotten brand again! U make me sick ya greedy swines!

All they are going to do is keep your money with no solution on sending wrong item and not sending several missing items. Have never had this much trouble with customer service through any other company. Online or phone service even with supervision. Loves to hang up on you if they don't have an answer to a question that shows they are in the wrong. Then have the nerve to offer a discount voucher for the inconvenience of ripping you off for hundreds of dollars as if you are planning on ordering more from them after this nightmare that was all a big waste of money and time.

Shipped back. They received and signed for 12/19. The email stated 14-15 days for refund. Still no refund so I called. They talk over you repeating some stupid script saying sorry you received outdated information. You just sent me the email! That it will take at least 21 days to inspect the return. You should have inspected the SALE! You sent it damaged and have yet to refund. Joke of a process for such a big company. Any other holiday returns I needed to make have already been refunded by every other company. I hope they lose all their business.

I see constant posts with people crying about price tags not just about this but about everything they can't buy... and my God. Why they take time out to say "if you lower your prices you will have more customers " is beyond me. Any company will only cater to who can afford them... There are plenty of cheaper items you can afford, so go and buy them.
With all that said.he I don't believe this company is expensive at all. I think they do an outstanding job of keeping prices realistic while being popular and fashionable. Nice work adidas.

To explain why when I ordered a shoe and it stated delivery in 3 days, but it took 13 days to get from Germany to Greece.
It didn't fit.
They asked me to send it back, 2 more weeks, my money back 1, more week, new order... not gonna happen.
2004 I was buying from ebay from USA and had my order delivered faster than this joke.

Looks like the carrier delivered to someone else and wrong address. Now I'm tracking to locate it and contacted fedex and adidas.com with out any success. Adidas didn't offer any real solution. Horrible customer service and a huge inconvenience.
