Gsmklm Sept 17,2020 Two weeks ago I made reservations at Theparkingspot at Bradley Airport for September 12 -Sept 20 thru a website call Airparkingreservations.com. Unfortunately our dog was hit by a car and we needed to change our reservations to Sept 20 -Sept 30. On Sept 11 around 8:00 PM I called the Parking Spot and requested the change. I was informed by a very nice lady that she could not make the change because I had made the reservation at Airparkingreservations.com. Their website states that I can change the dates. I emailed them twice and called them after finally finding a telelphone number. They informed me that I could not change the date and that is just too bad! They informed me that the confirmation they send me said "no changes". They web site states differently. Now I am out the $80.75 and will have to pay again. In addition I found out that by going directly to Theparkingspot's website the charges are MUCH LESS than what I paid to APR!
