Total scam! I've been ordering from Ali for over 6 years and they've taken a complete nosedive! They used to protect their buyers but now AliExpress has become the scammer. "Choice" items are protected and guaranteed, fast shipping, refund in 30 days if no delivery. I placed a $200 order, all Choice items, It's been nearly 45 days and still no order yet they refuse to refund me! No idea where my package is! Choice items are guaranteed by AliExpress, not the seller. They've become just as fraudulent as the scam artists they host! The photo below is just one of MANY, since you have to file a claim per item and I ordered LOADS. They are not stuck in customs. On their site it says awaiting flight. USPS says the tracking # is expired?!? It's trash now. Customer service just cannot be bothered. It's been a hassle trying to dispute or get my money back, I've had numerous complaints through PayPal with lots of documentation showing stuff arriving damaged, never arriving, wrong items, defective items, etc, and each time it's like pulling teeth to get my money back.
