    I purchased a pair of shoes from Armani.com and supposedly the sole was leather, and not paper, which is exactly what the soles were composed of. Armani offered to repair the shoes since they were worn only once, for about two hours. To this day, June 14, four months, no shoes, no response from Armani; just emails with statement that they are working on this problem. I understand that there will be a delay due to covid, but their poor service is inexcusable.
    I bought a dress for Xmas and it arrived after weeks. The size was too big. I asked to exchange to smaller size. Then after many weeks I still did not receive it. So I cancelled the exchange. I did nit get the refund. So I called and they said they need to review. After weeks I got the old bog dress without even tissue like used dress, They still did not approve return, It was the most unpleasant experience shipping online Also the site is slow! Tip for consumers:The customer service was bad and the shipping is the worst. And even with their mistake they refused to return.     Did not deliver as promised. I paid for express shipping which is 2-4 days it's been 6 days today and I haven't received my items. They do not respond to emails and customer care offers minimum to no help at all. Worst service ever.     Giorgio Armani products are not bad but the Customer Service is one of the worst and most unprofessional and don't have a clue in the entire United Stated. I will never order from their website again.
    Customer care service is useless! Not engaging with their customers at all! My parcel went missing 3 weeks ago and is under investigation. They said that after 8 working days I can ask for refund or for replacement... And here we are I am still waiting for my refund! Do not deal with online services! They are responding to you after days and days without even answering your questions
    Armani has been one of my favorites. I love the website layout and design. Finding what you are looking for is easy. The product pages are well done and their FAQ is to the point. Their physical locations are also fantastic. With that said, let's get down to the product quality. From my experience, the quality has been superb. I've ordered online numerous times through armani.com and my orders arrived within the schedule time frame. The quality of the products were to be expected for the price I paid and I usually order multiple items for free shipping and discounts. There was only one time I had to return an item because I ordered the wrong color. The return was easy and an exchange was done. Customer service was great.     Never order from Armani site in Australia the return will be changed by UPS and Armani too, terrible horrible customer service from Armani site. Paid $$$$ for goods that are not good quality at all. The shoes are uncomfortable and the materials are poor quality made in Serbia. Do not buy from this brand you will be disappointed.     Just made a 2,000 dollar purchase in Vegas. The store help was amazing. They were going to ship the item the next day. I had changed my mind and called the store to tell them to return the item and please refund the money. However, I learned quickly that they do not give refunds.     Buying from Armani Beauty Official website is the worst experience I had. I purchased 11 lipsticks from their website for holiday gifts. I got only 10 from two separate packages, but was charged price for 11. I called the customers service and here are the replies that I got: 1) I was told to that such problem can't be solved by phone, and I have to send email with Pictures of all lipsticks I received, and the packing list indicating which one is/are missing -- I did 2) I sent two emails explaining everything and got no response at all. 3) I called the customer service again, and I was asked: whether I sent to the correct email -- I said yes; I got their auto-reply before which is the same email address they asked me to send, so I just reply to it; then I was asked: did you receive any auto-reply of receiving your email; I said I never got any reply. Then I was told that: the email didn't go through if I never got any auto-reply from them; since I reply the previous email, I didn't change the "title" of the email; they deal with tons of email everyday so email without clear title may not be processed. I DON'T THINK THEY EVER WANT TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM AT ALL. THIS IS THE FIRST TIME AND WILL BE THE LAST TIME I PURCHASED FROM THEM EVER AND I WILL NEVER SAY A GOOD WORD ABOUT THEM.     As you are aware last time I said I wrote 6 formal complaints to Armani and they blocked my account for no apprentice reason after shopping with them for over ten years The update is I have since submitted 18 formal complaints and still no response to why they have I have blocked my account these are clearly bad business practice so don't be fooled by the hype these company's simply don't care about their customers
    Aqua di gio perfume is the best i have ever used.the smell of this perfume smell so good.my wife loves when put that perfume.
