Ordered a large gift order on 11/28. They shipped 2 out of 8 items, was not gift wrapped ( i paid extra) for it - the CS on chat was terrible, the phone CS was worse. Luckily I got refunded by Afterpay. The most frustrating Xmas shopping experience ever. Never again will I order from this site. Expensive but worth every penny. Smells so good, your hair is left shiny, smelling perfect and soft. I had an issue with a non-working promotional code on my last order and I contacted customer service via email. The rep not only corrected it, but asked me what my personal preferences were for samples and sent me a great little package of product. She even emailed a second time to let me know some of the products were out of stock. I hope that Aveda continues to treat all customers this way.
