When I opened the package, the free item I specifically wanted was not there; it had been crossed out on my invoice, and some other product had been substituted. It wasn't even the right brand, and it certainly wasn't worth $131. It was just a trial pack that I'll never use. When I phoned customer service, the rep just said that askderm had run out of the free item. And yet, when I went back to their website, there was the product that had not "run out" at all. I could purchase it for $131! I'm sure this is illegal. Companies cannot make offers and then not fulfill the promise. I know first hand. I ordered a product. 131.60. They can't produce a product, a tracking number, or my money. I was RAPED! I have no product, no money, and no help from the lying, cheating, thefts. I work hard for my money, and believe in rewarding good services, but I would not trust Askderm with my dead dog. RUN, they will screw you too. I have to sue the bastards to get my money back.
