However, when I received the products, which were paperback, and opened the box, I saw that they were not packed with care. During shipment, these books were loosely moving and were not secured with bubble wrap or filler material, causing some of the covers to be damaged with folds and bends. I am thankful for Knetbooks' affordable rental and purchasing services, but perhaps some service costs are saved in shipping shortcuts. I can understand how some rentals could be in worse condition after shipping without it being the fault of the customer. Reason I chose this business: Best purchasing prices for the turnaround time.
