I ordered a trailer hitch from auto anything.com and it seemed to be going well at first. I got a email that I canceled my order which I did not and that I would be refunded and I never got my money back and that was over a month ago. SO STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A SCAM AND WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY! There phone is also off the line with the number they supply to call them. I would give them zero stars if I could.I would give -5 stars all day to this terrible company. Typical of the internet age, they already have your money so nothing else matters. They do not honor the prices or terms on the website, even if you call to confirm. Again they already have your money so... No need to go into detail about how i was ripped off on my order by blaming a truly reputable parts company (Belltech) I have used many times over 20+ years. My order # is *******. They already have my money, don't expect to hear back.
Tip for consumers:DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY. SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE.

ShippingOrdered brake calipers for my car front and rear. Had appointment set for my mechanic for 2 weeks. Get the parts they went to put them on. They did not fit. I triple checked with them and they still sent the wrong parts. Now I can't get a hold of anybody for the last 3 days. I've been calling on their website trying to do the instant chat emailed emails won't go through. It's like no way on the planet. You can get a hold of these people and I'm going to end up being stuck with very expensive parts that I cannot use that need to be returned and refunded. Very frustrating... I mean seriously. Frustrating

QualityI ordered a item on sale from on one of their promo emails. 1 week goes by with normal "we are shipping your order" then I get a product backorder message. Then later the same day Auto anything sends me a cancelation email saying they will refund me. The next day I get a new email from them saying your interested in this product click here to add to your cart. Turns out to be the same item I ordered now its available to ship but no longer on sale. I contacted them and they will not honor the sales price.

QualityI ordered running boards for my SUV. I ordered with chrome edges and they came black with some areas rubbed bare. No instructions. I checked the fitment and it looks like it will need drilling. I hope the mechanic doesn't charge me too much to install. I think they send out whatever knowing that people won't return it because of their restocking fees. I asked them for the instructions and instead of sending it they just gave me another number to call. I am not going to jump through hoops. I won't be ordering from them again. Order no.*******.

QualityI made an order, they charged my account $201.56,4 days before the order was to be delivered I got an email saying I cancelled the order. Which is not true. Of course they have a customer service phone #—but no customer service. They say email them. Did so 3times. It's going on 6 weeks and no response and no refund.
Any ideas on how to get this corrected?
Products used:I never received my product. They charged my account and poof*. GoneI recently purchased 3D Maxpider floor mats for a 2020 VW Tiguan... They were the best price around from AutoAnything. They also shipped and delivered very quickly, and I am more than pleased with the product. The only downside was that 3D failed to incorporate the clips into the front passenger mat, but otherwise they fit flawlessly. They have the right amount of grip to not restrict your feet, but not to let them slide all around when wet.

QualityOrdered saddleman seat covers for a Ford Maverick.The plastic piece that connects the straps broke and ordered a replacement then I got covid so by the time I tried to install the covers it was past 30 days.They didn't fit well at all but was told since it was past 30 days they wont do anything.Wont order from them again.I have purchased thousands of dollars from Auto Anything so I decided to purchase from them when I needed items for my new truck. What a mistake. They sent the wrong product and it took several phone calls from me to finally get the refund I deserved. Their customer service stay is horrible. They have a hard time understanding English and when they do, they get it wrong. Moreover, they took no initiative to help me. I had to lead them by the hand in order to get a refund. Totally unacceptable.

QualityI contacted AUTO EVERYTHING to try to buy a truck bed cover. They said they had it in stock (which they did not). When I placed the order, the shipping date came and went and then they said the manufacturer would ship it directly. That day came and went, and I reached out to the manufacturer who said that they did not have an order and that he cover was no longer even made.
Read all of these reviews. This website is little more than a scam site that takes your money and never delivers anything. How they have not been shut down is beyond me.

QualityBought a so called complete front disc brake conversion kit for a Chevelle. Due to unexpected health reasons I did not get it installed for a few months. The kit was sold with braided stainless steel brake lines and the receipt stated it as well. When I opened it a few months later it had flimsy rubber ones. An email was sent and the reply I got was "it's past the 30 day return policy and it's too late to do anything" I replied that I was not looking for a return, just parts I paid for and did not receive. Again I received an email back basically saying sorry we couldn't help you. The funny part is they claim to" leave no stone unturned to help the customer". Don't waste your money on this lying company.

QualityThis is in response to another delayed order. I grit my teeth on the first email but decided to cancel an order for floor mats since the delivery was extended out another 3-4 weeks. I was told I could not cancel until they received an OK from their late supplier. Very disturbing since AutoAnything charges your credit card immediately upon order placement. They don't care if the order is late since they have their money. No More, enough! What a rip off outfit. Reported to Pay Pal

ShippingOrdered a set of floor mats that showed in stock. Received notification several days later that the ship date was delayed by 1 month. Once the second ship date came around I received a notice saying sorry, factory discontinued this item. This place is just a fly by night broker. Use Amazon, Walmart, or just some guy on the street with a sign. All would be better options.
ServiceI was lied to and told an indoor storage bag could be used outdoors. I have been trying to contact them for over 3 weeks for info on my warranty and I keep getting the same email. The phone number is not real and they claim they have a live 24/hr chat that is none existent when you try to find it and use it on the websiteI'm done with AutoAnything. Of various orders over the years, few come correct, without issues. And, forget the chat box feature. If you ask anything off their script they have in front of them to repeat over and over again, they get lost. AA isn't worth the hassle. They can blame covid now, for current purchase now months delayed with repeated shipping dates changed but they were like this even pre covid.

QualityI will never Buy anything from you again, you sold me the wrong parts for my truck, I had your employee, via Chat, recommend this part for my truck, he actually told me my inquiry was for the wrong parts and said the one he recommended {ordered) was correct. It is your fault I paid for the wrong parts, you are to blame for the miss-order. I will spread the word that you are not to be trusted and buyer beware.

QualityLoved my money, has fought me to refund my money for a wheel they had returned to their warehouse by FedEx! Had to file complaint through Amazon. They were told by amazon to cancel the order 1 whole business day before shipping! Horrible company!

QualityPurchased Fifth hitch from them at recommendation of their parts specialist was told if it did not fit or work return would not be a problem. Got the product and then found out it would not fit in my truck. Was then told after i contacted they did not accept returns on this item. Had to threaten to sue in small claims and they finally took the return but my fees were almost 1/3 of the cost of the item a little over $400. Do not use these people they lie and will do anything to to sell a product.

QualityLike most other reviews on here and other websites. This company sucks in every way possible. With so many really bad reviews, mostly shipping problems. It becomes clear they don't stock much. Just a poorly managed middle man. Ordered seat covers 12/18/21. New delivery date 1/18/22 who knows. Best way to put them out of business contact suppliers and let them know how their name is being dragged through the mud by these people. I guess if I had so many complaints I would turn off the phone to.

QualityReceived a part that didn't match what I ordered. After about 10 emails over about 3 weeks, they decided to refund my money, minus 20% re-stock fee, and charging me for the return label. I finally contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge. That resolved the problem. It seemed like all I got was a run-around trying to get it resolved. Poor customer service.
