He has stated in a patronising mannor 'I feel sorry for you' (for having the washing machine we did) and 'you've obviously been washing clothes a lot longer than I've been alive' (he looks older than me). Its washing machine repair, not rocket science. Say hi, fix the machine and leave. The only reason I would cut him any slack is that he looked really ill this time. Nevertheless, we have now thrown out our warrantee with domestic and general (still 5months left on it!) with the whole intent of never having to use this specific company again. Ever! Be warned!
