I've called them during their limited business hours, and no one ever picked up the phone. I've e-mailed them directly and filled out their form on their website, but no one ever responded to me. The prices are decent, and their selection is good, but in these times of such great competition in the market, I would think they would put in some effort in customer service. I would rather pay more at a brick and mortar store than deal with such atrocious customer service.
