The order was confirmed. Order not at shipping facility Jan 24th. January 27th notified book could not be found and was cancelled by BiggerBooks. Why sell something you don't have? This was for my daughter at college, we can't waste time in getting books if she has upcoming classes.

After being assured that it was and that the item I purchased would ship within 1-2 business days nothing happened and then 2 weeks later I received an e-mail stating that they couldn't locate the book and that my order was being cancelled.

The confirmation email said I would receive an email when it shipped. I finally checked my order status only to find that the status said cancelled. I didn't cancel it. I got an email today asking if I received my book and how satisfied I was. I was never notified that BiggerBooks had arbitrarily decided to cancel my order.

I was referred to a different website but inadvertently stumbled across this one that held a much better of a deal and since I'm old school, this was perfect to actually be able to locate a hard copy!

Turns out it was not in stock and you ordered it from the publisher with a "3 to 5 day" fulfilment time to your warehouse after I made payment.
The access card for the book was out of stock with the publisher and after 5 days I received an email for you stating that my order was cancelled.
I also checked 4 days into the process and was told by you that you were expecting the product in your warehouse on "day 5"
I was two weeks late after the start of the semester in receiving a replacement access card from another supplier for this textbook.
Is there a person on the other side of the "chat" feature on your site or a bot? Either way, the untruthful information I received was terrible customer service.
