    The hardest part was making a decision as to style and color. Triple checked my measurements, all 3 blinds fit perfect and look great. Had a little difficulty understanding placement of the valance. Once I reread instructions I finally figured out diagram and realized valance was popped on after installation. All worked out.     Very good experience ordering & receiving. But, one of the 8 blinds I ordered has already broken. A string at the top broke and now I cannot open or close the blind. I plan to call customer service to see how I can remedy this problem. Also had to go & buy stronger screws, as the ones I received with my order strip out and are useless.     I had high hopes for these cellular blinds because we had just recently gotten a set that worked out really well. These, however, had a broken part in them upon arrival and also missing screws (still need to contact them about it because they make you call), and they just feel like paper.     Your sales come and go so I am never sure I am getting the best price. I chose you because your competitor, who I have purchased from in the past, charges an $89 over size freight fee. Let's hope your quality is as good as theirs. Received my order and happy with the quality. What I am disappointed with is that the shutters are made in China. With that, I got some great blinds for over half off. They were shipped in a reasonable amount of time and measured exactly as ordered. The nightmare was figuring out the instructions. They were HORRIBLE, skipped stops, and the images were illegible. I ended up mounting the bracket backwards because there was no instructions at all for that as to what was front or back. I finally found a video on Youtube that set me straight. We got them installed and they look amazing. I got a pair of Advantage Cordless Blackout Cellular Shades. They really do black out.     I was trying to order more blinds of the same kind I ordered previously, but the email order confirmation I have from that order doesn't have enough information to make sure I'm ordering the same thing (like the depth of shade I ordered before). I originally ordered double cell shades but the link takes me to a listing with only single cells available, and the color I had doesn't match with any on there now.
