    After days of waiting for part, and seeking tracking movement of item, I was scheduled for a refund. Why? Supposedly, their delivery service failed. When I contacted customer service they assured me I could still get the part (with additional time) and they would use a different delivery service. Days later, no contact, I did get the refund, never saw a part. So many great parts vendors out there who deliver parts, why waste your time with carparts.com? Products used:Never got what I ordered.     Bought a tail light for my Yukon and less than a year later it was getting water in it. I got a replacement and now the replacement has the same issue! They are now unwilling to replace because it has been more than a year. Seems like the products they sell are less than quality and their customer service is worse! Avoid at all costs.     Ordered a mirror for drivers side because OEM is ~$1000. The first one that came in didn't fold right. I contacted customer service. They asked if I wanted a replacement and I said yes. The part was on backorder so I asked if I could keep it on my truck until the new one came in for safety reasons. They said that was fine. A few weeks later and the replacement works like a charm!     The parts and service are great, but they're refund practices are crap. I accidentally double ordered a part so I called customer service. They told me I would get my refund in 3-5 days. Well… it took almost 3 weeks, and they made me jump through hoops to get my money back.     I made the mistake of purchasing brake pads from Powerstop thru the Carparts.com site. Their website offered the pad kit for my Turbo Buick that matched the Powerstop site, and several other automotive sites like RockAuto. The pads arrived and box was unsealed, however the brake pads were saran wrapped and had a date of approximately 16 months old. Seemed ok... Went to have the installation done by the professional business that recommended Powerstop pads. They found the pins for the Brembo calipers that hold the brake pads to be short. The installer would not use them for fear of damage, and used the original parts again. I contacted both manufacturer and Carparts.com only to have a Client Service battle that has not ended more than a week later. Powerstop has offered that Carparts.com will refund the purchase price for error. Nope Carparts.com has had 5 associates (Consumer Advocates) all offer nothing more than 10 bucks. I have offered to send back the short pins first for review and measurement. Nope! Neither business will pay for the reinstallation of the correct pins either. They don't care about liability or their negligence either. Poor business and would NEVER revisit nor offer any referrals.     Ordered part for car that was guaranteed to fit, did not fit, shipped back the very next day with photos attached, was in same condition it was received. Have yet to receive refund.     Stay away! Ordered something on feb 2 and items had to get here on feb 5... to my findings they had no order number and no tracking info for GLS.     Purchased 2003 Chevy Tracker rear bumper. Received in 5 days new bumper but... can't Install because lower mounting holes are out of alignment and one left upper mounting hole is cracked. Good price but... lot of problem. I sent email with complain and received this respond... Thank you for getting back to us regarding your ordered bumper reinforcement.     I ordered 2 sets of new rotors and pads, but ended up canceling the order the same night. The next day, they canceled one of the sets, but still shipped the other, even though they had already canceled the other. They're now telling me to return the item I will have to pay a fee.     Do not order from this website. I bought a power steering pump from this company back in December and wasn't able to install it until recently. I spent half a day getting the part installed only for it not to work. So I have absolutely no power steering. How do companies get away with this? So I called their customer service number and after waiting half an hour on hold I finally got through to someone that just told me since I was out of the 30 day return window they couldn't do anything. So I just wasted 100 bucks and half a day on some garbage that doesn't work and they don't even have the decency to give me my money back.     Have no problem with Carparts. Was charged 36.92 for overnight delivery. Order placed early Friday morning. Was informed it would arrive Saturday. It's now Monday 2:57 pm. Still hasn't arrived. Shipping refund?
    Bill and Ed deserve a raise! I'll shop here first because of there wonderful customer service! I actually appreciated them asking my housekeeper (who did the ordering) questions that made sure I was getting the right parts. Who likes having to send back anything? Not me.     Out of 10 items, 3 arrived on time, 6 were late (and 3 of them were cracked) and 1 has never arrived. I have to wait a week before I can do anything with the company Extends to try and find the missing item. They came with 4 different shipping numbers making it difficult to work with extends since they only had 1 shipping number. Car parts did reach out after a review and offered me a 20 refund which I accepted. The person who helped me in that email exchange was nice and quick to respond. Overall, I will not use this company again. Tip for consumers:It's just not real efficient working with another company to guarantee returns or help finding the product that you just sold me.     I purchased a large drivers side tow mirror for my 2015 Ford F350. It installed fairly easily and looks great. I had a minor issue with the power tilting; CarParts.com responded immediately offering options to make sure I was happy. I honestly have not experienced this level of service from any company in a very long time and am extremely impressed. I will definitely shop CarParts.com again!     Ordered a Mazda trim piece that we needed to replace. It didn't come with the hooks to put it back on the car. No problem. Ordered those. They didn't work. Asked Mazda to install, they couldn't do it either. The parts from this company are useless and won't fit despite it being the "correct part". They even shipped the item to the wrong address so I had to buy it twice...Both were useless, just like them.
    I'm in the process of doing a frame off restoration on an OBS Chevy pickup. I ordered OEM premium parts from Car Parts.com in advance December 3rd. So I would have them on hand, when needed. I just started reassembling the vehicle, and realized that only one ball joint of four came with the bolts and hardware necessary for installation. I contacted Car Parts and was told that it's been over 30 days nothing we can do! I should have opened all of the boxes on arrival, but that shouldn't be necessary. Products used:Automotive parts

    I ordered a fuel pump a few weeks ago. The pump arrived with the fuel sensor unattached. I emailed customer service and asked for some instructions on how to finish assembling the pump. What I got was a link to a generic installation of a fuel pump in a car. I then sent back a reply explaining what I really wanted. No reply. I then tried the chat line. After 30 minutes of frustration I did get Bry to agree to at least send me a picture to my email of what the thing looked like assembled. That never happened. I called customer assistance the next day. Again absolutely no clue from the girl on what I wanted after another 30 minutes. She finally sensed my frustration and I was disconnected. I finally put the thing together and installed it in my car. Well the fuel sensor did not work. When I removed it I found a small piece broken off of the sensor. Well it just so happened that it was the stop for the lower limit on the sensor arm. I sent a 1* rated review with all of my frustration added in. Within 10 minutes I was contacted by Philip the customer advocate. Very shortly I was given a full refund on my purchase price. And I was told to trash the obviously junk pump. So thanks to Philip I am now giving a 3* review.
