    They have decent prices and a fair selection, although they no longer carry my favorite coffee, but their shipping is terrible. The "free" shipping takes forever, and twice I paid extra for expedited shipping (1-4 days) and it still took 6+ days to get it. When I emailed them about it, there was no offer to reimburse me for the shipping expense, or even an apology for the delay. They use FedEx, which I think is fine if you live in a metro area, but not if you're rural. Date of experience: December 8, 2022
    I really like their variety of coffee and am trying to order directly from companies these days. I ordered the product 9 days ago. The FedEx tracking is lacking a lot of information regarding the shipment. I'm wondering if the order is lost but customer service just rudely said, "if you read the FedEx website, it says there are weather delays". The cold and ice is down south and not in Minnesota where it says the package is. Due to the rudeness of customer service, I will look for another small business to purchase coffee.     Since 2011, every now and then, I place an order with coffee for less with the hope that they have improved their shipping process. Nope. If anything, its gotten worse and they don't seem to care. They just blame fed Ex.The order wasn't even picked up for 12 days, so the problem was not Fed Ex.     Don't even bother doing business with this company! I placed an order for a Keurig K1500 and they canceled it. Items are still showing available on the website. Called customer service and got a very unhelpful and unfriendly person on the phone. She claimed that it's out of stock. When I asked about it being restocked, she said she didn't know if it ever would be. Really? Then why is it still for sale on the website? They immediately took the money out of my account when I placed the order, then it took over a week for them to figure out that it was out of stock. And now it could take days for the money to show back up in my account. Completely horrible online shopping experience with this company! Spend your hard earned money somewhere else!     If you want to have a dessert with delicious coffee or tea, then visit a coffee shop called Correct Coffee. I have been here several times and I would like to note that the Correct Coffee menu contains not only desserts, but also iced tea and coffee, as well as cream soups.     After placing many orders with coffeeforless over several years and experiencing excellent service, I ordered and paid for my usual Starbucks Kcups at the end of September 2023. I received confirmation of my order and later had an inquiry from CFL, asking if I had received my order. Having waiting for over a month to receive my cofee, I then began emailing, calling, and attempting to contact the company via their online chat. Nothing! No response. I am perplexed at the company's nonresponse. Sure would like to have them refund my payment.     I am very satisfied with my experience with Coffeeforless. The selection is good, the prices reasonable especially if you use a discount code and loyalty points and there is an option for free shipping. I took the free shipping. My order was placed on Sunday and arrived on Friday, It was pouring rain out but the handler had placed it in a plastic bag so it was pristine.     I was searching online for Keurig pods in the blends I prefer. They seemed to be unavailable at Keurig. I came across Coffeeforless, found my favorites, and decided to give them a try.     This is a company you should avoid at all costs. They falsely advertise a sale and cancel the order soon after the purchase. Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Typically they do not answer the phone and their email response to any complaint is that they will notify management of concerns. Do yourself a favor order elsewhere!     I love getting the coffee, delivery is fast and the prices are good (which is why I only resorted to amazon when in a pinch), and they have my flavor which is difficult to find elsewhere, BUT the site is frustrating. It has gotten better over the years though but I was sent to this page to leave a review from an email asking if I had received my order. I went to the site to review my order history and while I received the order, it is nowhere to be found on the site. The order history page lists in what seems like random order, or you'd have to have a "beautiful mind" to decipher its logic, but the purchase history page strangely is different altogether and organized from current order down, as one would expect. Why there are two separate lists is strange. All in all, I love the service though, and do recommend with that caveat. Overall I like your site but I hope you get more flavored coffee... the maple pecan coffee is wonderful by the way :) and maybe make the price you have to pay before you get free shipping a little bit less?     My wife insists on Krispy Kreme decaf for her morning brew. It is difficult to find in k-cups. But CFl had it on the shelf. Pricing was competitive with Amazon and delivery time was very reasonable... likely to be reordering in the future. Date of experience: May 4, 2020
    I use this company mainly because of discount and I can get pumpkin spice year round. I order nantucket blend for my husband and pumpkin spice for myself. I sometimes have issues with the pumpkin spice pods not being sealed as good as the nantucket blend. No idea why that would happen? If it weren't for that, I'd rate the company 5 stars.     They have a great variety of coffees at great prices. The only problem we've had is when they suddenly surprised us by shipping FedEx. For years now they've used the USPS, and being full-time RVers it worked great because our address is always General Delivery. That doesn't work for FedEx.     I ordered some regular coffee and it was okay Delivery time was fine. Then I looked at the brand of coffee I regularly used for myself and saw that the price was raised to $59.90 for the same thing I ordered before for less than $15.     The confirmation/tracking number for the UPS shipment was botched - I received a delivery confirmation for a delivery that came 3 days afterwards. This was not an "out for delivery" notification, it was confirmation that the box was at my doorstep. As you can imagine this caused confusion and frustration and even suspicion that somebody in my hood was stealing packages. This seems to have been totally the fault of UPS, not CoffeeForLess. I recommend the site, but if possible go with USPS or FedEx since UPS doesn't have the basic mechanics of parcel delivery communication working well. Date of experience: March 15, 2020
