I have never had an issue with shipping or not being pleased with this product. Also, they continue to offer new designs every so often so I can add to his collection. Thanks Collections, Etc.My order arrived in full, packed well, and in a timely manner. The clothing items are comfortable, good quality fabric, and perfect size. The household items are nicer than I expected they would be. I ordered some towels that are super soft.No issue with ordering product or receiving product but issue with returning. Tried thru my account but didn't get email with easy return label. Then tried calling. Every time I said I wanted to return, call ended without being able to get return label.The sandals ran small, so I wanted to exchange them for the next larger size. I found that postage for that would cost more than the sandals did. More over, I already paid postage to have my orders shipped to me in the first place, because I missed the deadline for free postage. I guess I need to keep the sandals, because it's not worth exchanging them.I bought one many years ago and loved it. I thought I was buying the same thing. Looks the same, but material is horrible, even after washing it felt like crap. Needless to say both of them went to good will. I can't recommend the lounger. Sorry.I liked the material of everything I bought. But I didn't get a pink bra that I ordered. I received the nudes one but not the pink one.
