    I ordered 4 pairs of sneakers, only received 3 no explanation, no response to my follow up email and when I call, I get transferred to a number that rings till it drops. No one is attending to my query and the status of my order is "complete" on their system. Lack of communication is frustrating, assuming they don't have stock, they should refund me then.     Ordered a pair of shoes for granddaughter. Waited for shoes to ship. When checking tracking info, see that package was delivered to a UPS Access Point. No notification to me or anything. Converse does it care that order was not delivered to me…said once it leaves then it is UPS responsibility. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Never ordered before that package was shipped to someplace other than me and no knowledge of delivery! Service Value Shipping
    Ordered 11/28 during Cyber Sales event. No delivery dates displayed. Checked next day, site message said "Order by 11/29 for guaranteed Delivery by Dec. 24th". Thought I was fine. Then received delivery email saying 12/19. Great news! Except I tracked the order with UPS and a label had not even ben created until 12/12, and that was in Viet Nam (where these shoes are made). By 12/21, shoes had made it to Hong Kong. Needless to say, Xmas missed, gift ruined. I would not be upset by the late delivery if Converse were simply accurate and truthful. I suspect they give "optimistic" delivery updates so that you will take receipt and then may decide not to go through return hassle.     Me and my cousin ordered custom converse august 2021 we were told that they would get sent within a month and they never sent them at all and blamed it on the shipping. It has been 2 years and they are still telling me it's the shipping. For spending so much money on these shoes I wish I were able to wear them. Don't order anything online from this company if you live in Canada or anywhere, the customer service was no help and if you are going to spend over $100 on shoes I'd spend it else where.     I bought shoes from Converse during their after-Thanksgiving sales, which were great, but my second order was canceled and reimbursed by the company. On my third order, the extra shoelaces I ordered were canceled by the company. My first order was great, however, my daughter needed a bigger size. I called to do an exchange within the thirty days and they said that because of the holidays they would extend the exchange/return time period to 60 days, which is great, but I have twenty days left to return or exchange them and they don't have them in stock. I was told almost two weeks ago that they should restock within two weeks, because they aren't a limited edition shoe. I called today because I saw that there was a size in the same shoe that would work for my daughter only to be told that it was no longer in stock. I asked if they could extend the return/exchange window and they said, "No." I'm frustrated because now their sales are not great and if I exchange for something different, I'll have to pay a lot more and my daughter's heart was set on those shoes. She had even tried on her sister's Converse shoes to make sure the size was right before I ordered them. I feel like their shoe sizes are a little inconsistent. Anyway, fingers crossed that they get more in stock before the return/exchange window ends.
    I received a pair of Converse shoes as a gift for Christmas and wanted to return them as they are not my style and I cannot wear shoes with no arch support. I had no idea where these were originally purchased and did not want to alert the gift giver that I was not thrilled with them, so I contacted Converse as the manufacturer. I chatted with an agent that was perfectly pleasant only to find out they cannot do returns without a receipt or order number. Additionally, they can only refund to the original payment method. When asked what they do for gift returns, she gave me no alternative and when I stated I was unable to get the receipt or order number, she told me they were unable to process a return as they don't know that the shoes were purchased from the website. They're brand new Converse shoes, how can I not return them to the manufacturer for store credit at the very least. I was very willing to take whatever lowest price they had been at, which is typical of no receipt returns to other stores, but I was provided zero options. I will not be shopping at Converse ever due to this ridiculous policy. Tip for consumers:Their actual refund policy is only 45 days in-store, 60 online - only if you have the receipt or order number.     I have shopped on Converse.com many times in the past and each time there's been an issue but because I love the shoes so much, I kept coming back. The shoes are not readily available as they used to be in retail stores so you don't have a choice really if you want Converse shoes. The last four times were worse than usual. The shoes were sent to Walgreens instead of the shipping address listed in my account. I was picking up a Chewy order from Walgreens and they let me know I had a package from Converse which is sent UPS, not FedEx. When I double checked my shipping address, it WAS my home, so not sure what the mix up was. I wanted to exchange the shoes I had because the recommended size was too small. I was told I had to send the shoes back and get refunded and they would then ship the "exchange" once they received the return and I ordered again. They got the shoes and ordered the correct size, the order never showing up in my account, and three weeks later, I was still waiting for information on my "new" order. I called and no one had a clue, talked to a manager and he apologized but also had no additional information for me. I'm also signed up to receive text messages for updates on my order. I've yet to receive one, ever. So the shoes I really wanted, I decided to give it another shot, they were 30% off with free shipping. Ordered 11/27, received a text message on Sunday 12/4, that the order was shipping and would arrive by 12/7. I decided to check today because I hadn't heard anything and saw that the shoes were returned on 12/5….so they shipped overnight and were returned the next day? And all I got was an apology, and "your return will processed within 7-10 business days and you will get a full refund. You can order the shoes again and we will give you 20% coupon now and once you receive the shoes, contact us and we will process the additional 10%". They have lost their minds and a customer.     Converse are my favorite shoes. They're comfortable, stylish, and have a long trusted history in the shoe business. I have 7 pairs, 3 new ones and 4 older ones; the only reason I own so many is because some of them I got lucky to find at a Goodwill shop; otherwise, I would have spent about $600 for all of them combined. But if I'm to be frank, that's the typical cost for shoes these days. If you think about it, $90 per pair isn't bad, but after only 1 1/2 years, all of my Converse have wound up with no grip, holes in the sole and side fabrics, as well as discoloration in the fabric and the laces from the metal in the shoelace holes. Though that is normal for most shoes, the sign for tearing and wearing out appears within a year's time. The shoes in the pictures are one of my newer pairs i got in March of this year and i haven't worn them that much but the tear and discoloration is obvious. I still wear them either way, but as an active 16 year old it's bothersome when I accidentally step in a puddle or if it's starting to get cold outside. Yes that does sound unsettling, but I would much prefer to have on a comfortable pair of shoes that actually look quite nice, rather than an uncomfortable pair just to look super nice. To some people it's about the look; for me it's the comfort that matters. So if you're like me, Converse are the shoes for you. Tip for consumers:It is a very organized site.     I ordered shoes in the wrong size and contacted them right away after placing the order, within 30 minutes. The customer service rep said they could not cancel it, but rest assured I could return the shoes for a refund. Well, I returned the shoes and it's been two weeks since they've processed my return. I understand it's the holiday time, but my gripe is their inability to cancel an order immediately and now making me wait for my refund. How much energy was lost because they could not simply cancel an order that was placed in less than an hour? This is a Nike company, so you're telling me that their software or procedures does not allow this? They are quick to ship, so if you know exactly what you want and don't think you'll be returning items, then the site is fine.     I have always loved Converse due to the versatility of their shoes. They can be worn in all seasons, to all sorts of events. I would just be wary if you have wide feet though - the shoes do crease and end up tearing around the toe region after a lot of wear. Just something to be aware of. Service Value Quality

    I sent three pair of shoes back to Converse in two shipments. They were received Dec 29,2022 and Jan 2,2023. The first pair I had to call them multiple times to get them to process a refund on Jan 17th and I haven't seen that hit my card yet. The second shipment shows it was received on Dec 29th, signed for at the warehouse, and they won't refund my money because the warehouse hasn't verified the return yet. They say the warehouse is checking on the return. So, still no refund on either a month later. Customer service is no help and tells me "this is the procedure" and have been saying that for weeks. What's my recourse? Corporate HQ has no phone number so I can't even call and lodge a complaint. I'll never buy from them again. Service Returns
    I ordered shoes online (without opening a Converse account,) was charged and received my shoes, but Never received an email confirmation, nor was there an invoice in my shoe box. So when the shoes were too large and I wanted to return them, I didn't have an order number to initiate a return. What's up with this?
