I don't know what specific experience I experienced on 12/7, however, I have, over the years filled most of my gifting needs through my Deal Dash wins. The quality of the products have always been very good and there is something here for everyone. I have only had 1 or 2 hiccups over the years.but the staff is always very simpathetic and quick to make the situation right. I will continue to be one of Deal Dash's biggest fans!
Date of experience: December 7, 2024I have been doing this for over 6 years off and on. There have been times when it's been hard to win and others when it was easier. Lately, it has been very difficult and many of the the players are making it difficult for players to use Bid buddy by stomping their opponents bids when the bidding gets down to 2-3 players. I'm not up for throwing my money away... so I'll just wait until they get tired of playing the game or reach their limits and try again. Over the years though, I have gotten some really nice items and manage to put a nice dent in my X-mas shopping each year.

Over bidding is an issue you must be careful not to do it know when to hold them know when to fold them

After speaking with a customer service rep and sending in photos of the damaged item, it was replaced and I did not have to return the damaged item. Very friendly customer service reps that did not give me a hassle and followed up with me to be sure this matter was resolved.

Thank you I do have a question I have wanted to ask for a while. Why is DealDash no longer offering the bid quest to gain bids without having to win anything. My daughter and I always made sure to complete those quest, even though it was only for 5 to 10 bids. We had fun competing seeing who got done first. Now she doesn't do a lot on DealDash

I would bid more often on items or similar items that I'd won in the past if I knew I'd receive more of an equity of exchanging bids versus the value of the item(s) won previuosly.
