    Returned 3 pair of newly purchased pants as the quality was not as pictured. I spent $160 for them, and Drapers is only refunding me $108 and with a store certificate for $42. The pants were never worn and were returned in original packaging. Also the refund was a month late. I spent thousands of SS$ for my wife's wardrobe. I will no buy from them any more.     If I could give 0 stars I would this company and its customer service is absolutely AWFUL. I placed an order for 2 velour sweatsuits. The order went through successfully but only 1 was delivered. When I checked my email to see if I was notified about why the second one was missing I see that the order confirmation said "sold out" for the second item. I was not notified and was still able to place the order even though the item was sold out. Obviously I would have chosen a different item- this resulted in me having to order a second item and pay additional shipping. I am beyond disgusted with this company and its customer service and I absolutely will not purchase from them again. Tip for consumers:Don’t shop here! Service Shipping
    I ordered a dress and received a pant suit of the same color. The order says, "dress" and in my email there is a photo of a dress. No mistake in the ordering. They charged shipping and are charging me a return fee. I will never order anything from Drapers and Damon again. With the amazing service from other online stores, with free returns even, this is pathetic. Tip for consumers:I wouldn't even bother. I tried to order the day before on the Father's Day special with a discount but the order wouldn't go through. So I ordered it the next day without the discount. Frustrating to not get what I ordered and I paid 16.99 in shipping!!!! I tried to call and told I was next in line and they never answered after 45 minutes so I hung up. Very frustrating.     The sales person insisted on the item that i wanted not being on sale. So I ordered the item anyway. Next day, the same item had a second one for 1cent. I called the sales person, a different woman at this time. She was not polite and agreed to mail out the item. The items were not of good appearance or quality. So, I paid a first class postage and mailed out all the items in one package. At refund, I noticed that the postage for the package was deducted making a profit for themselves while I could not keep any of the poor quality items!
    Over several months, D&D has been the go-to site for the over 65 crowd. It has really failed in several areas, and not just once. 1. Sizing chart: depending on the item, the fit is usually larger, and sometimes smaller, rarely on target. Exchanges should be free both ways. 2. Fabrics are slowly growing thinner. Tees stretch out after the first wearing. Scoop necks fit like boatneck. 3. Order processing is slow. 4. Refunds take lots of battling. 5. On-line orders have often denied currently offered discounts. E.g. "Labels We Love" offer in early June. Had to locate and argue with management before correction was made. 6. Shipping delays terrible - even before the current "moving the warehouse" excuse. Over a month and I still do not have my current order. D&D has just lost a good customer.     I purchased the printed Mandarin Neck Twinset. The falling glitter made it impossible to wear. Had to return item.
    The Website would not allow me to take a coupon discount from two tops I wanted to purchase. I still don't understand why. I contacted Customer Service. They were not helpful at all. I told them that, if they could help me get the approved discount, I would purchase the tops. I also told them that, if they took no steps to help solve the problem, I would never purchase anything from them again. I will never go back. With a previous order, they sent the wrong size, told me the merchandise was "backordered" when it clearly was "In Stock." They do not know what they are doing, and they don't care. Tip for consumers:My advice is: DON'T. I wanted Foxcroft Shirts, because I like them and they fit well. Your best bet is to order them from Appleseeds, Dillards, Amazon or Nordstrom.     I ordered one jacket Jan. 5. By late February I hadn't received it. Tracking indicated it was waiting for DHL pickup at their warehouse but was never picked up. A man with an accent at customer service (definitely wrong name!) said he would cancel that order and refund my money, and since the jacket was still in stock, her would process a new order for it. But they charged me for 3 more jackets! Apparently he didn't know what he was doing or misunderstood. Then I called again March 1 at 4:54 pm and asked for a supervisor and was told by a woman with a very heavy accent that one was not available but she could help me. Since she didn't tell me after hearing my problem what she was going to do like most agents do, I have no reason to believe she did anything. First the quality of their items went downhill, now everything else there is screwed up. There is NO customer service! Such a disappointment. Obviously changes in ownership and/or management. HOW CAN THEY GET AWAY WITH CHARGING MY CREDIT CARD MULTIPLE TIMES?     Ordered 2 tees that were not very nice, at all. Would never have bought at a store for more than $5 and then I was charged for a subscription service at $14.95 per month. SCAMMERS! Still waiting to see if they refund my money after calling them. Stay away from this company!

    Ordered two pr. Of pants, one on sale for 9.99 and the other around $35.00. I believe the 9.99 pr. Was that price if I purchased the other pr, too. But since the pants were a terrible fit, I returned them and also cancelled the other pr. Because I knew that would not fit either. And the other pr. Was still on backorder. They would not let me change the backordered pr to a larger size at that time because the order had already been "processed". After waiting 3 weeks for my refund, I called customer service and she did credit my account at that time for $10. But would not receive the $14.85 for shipping and handling. Think I will now shop at stores close to home. And am throwing away all my Drapers & Damons catalogs.     I ordered a 2-piece dress for a wedding. They sent me just the top piece, even though the invoice had the whole set, and I paid for the whole set. Okay, mistakes happen, but then they then told me they couldn't send me just the bottom piece; that I needed to return the top piece and re-order the entire set. What? There was NOT enough time to do this. I asked for a supervisor, and she deliberately made made me wait 20 minutes to see if I would just give up. At one point she came back and said "Um, she's not going to be able to talk to you for quite awhile." I said, "That's fine, I'll wait." She came back and said, "Okay we'll just send you a whole new set right now." A couple days later I get an email that it's going to be delayed. I called and talked to someone else who assured me that it would get there in enough time, he told me the date it would arrive. I then get another email a few days later apologizing for another delay saying they didn't realize it would take so long for it to restock. Restock? No one told me it was out of stock, or I certainly would not have let them send anything again! It would never have arrived in time for the wedding. Omg. I called them and cancelled the order. What a complete waste of time. We'll see if the refund shows up on my credit card. It was probably the worst customer service experience I've ever had. Also, at the beginning of the call where it asks if you want to stay on the line for the survey at the end, I indicated yes, but at the end of the call, because she knew I wasn't happy, she did NOT direct me to the survey, she just hung up!     I ordered something from Drapers and paid for it in full. I was charged an extra $1.97 in November and thought it was for postage. I am now being charged $14.97 per month! What for? Refund my money you crooks! STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE. THEY RIP YOU OFF!
    This website has not fully applied discount codes for months and Drapers is aware. I have personally discussed it with them. They state if you call in every time you place an order with a discount code, they will manually apply it. This is ridiculous customer service, I do hope every person using a discount code notes that it does not apply and stops using this website.
    I received a back order (from 11/18) which I had been told at the end of March would ship on April 21. Since it had taken sooo long to receive the item and I no longer wanted it, I was planning on telling D&D not to ship the item. Unfortunately it arrived shortly thereafter and when I called to explain why I thought D&D should pay the return postage, I was told very abruptly "no" Drapers and Damon's has a "no free return" policy. So I paid to have the item returned but at the same time had my info removed from their company - NO MORE DRAPERS AND DAMON'S for me! PS they really deserved a 0 in the star ratings!
    I purchased a summer jacket, when it arrived it was an extremely heavy fabric so had to return, i asked them to please not charge me for return postage due to the fact that they failed to describe the item as being a heavy cloth. They refused. I then wrote to corporate, still no help. I would not have ordered this item had it been described accurately. I am done. Cannot do business with a company that will not admit to making an error and then not helping their customer. On a positive note I will say the quality of the clothing is very nice
    We received a catalog in the mail from this company and on the front page there is a circle that says 25% off your Entire order so I set an online order but when the totals showed there was only 1 item that had been discounted. I called their customer service. I let her know that the discount wasnt showing up for one of the items and she said clearance items may not be a part of the discount. I reiterated the advertised discount and she turned indignant and short. She finally asked what the price of the item was and I said $14.99. She said, thats too low for anything at Drapers. I was taken back but asked again regarding the advertised discount. She wasnt going to let me talk to anyone else and didnt know who would answer the phone if I called back! So. I cancelled the order and will let all my friends know that they need to make sure they check their totals before paying because Drapers & Damons have a fraudulent advertising scheme!
