I bought a pair of their boots through Debenhams. I wore them a total of 5 times and then the rubber sole on one boot split completely. Upon contacting them to either get a replacement pair of boots or a refund, I was told I had to post the broken boot to them so they could 'assess whether the item was faulty or not'. And this was after providing them with photos of the boot which clearly showed the extent of the damage. I was then told that unless I went through this totally unnecessary process, they wouldn't offer any kind of compensation. Terrible quality boots clearly and even worse service.I simply turned into aware of this service thru Google, and I've found that it has really user friendly interface and really simple to place an order.
