I purchased a domain from them three weeks ago, and now we are treading on four weeks. They told me over a week ago it would take 3 to 5 days to unlock, and I am still waiting. When I ask for help with their online chat, customer service people tell me to EMAIL management, which I have done with no responses. I have lost business because of this. They don't have a phone support line. I am beginning to think they are scammers. They lifted my domain straight off of my federal trademark filing with the USPTO. I am now seeking legal action, via the federal anticybersquatting act. They've done this to many other businesses. I recommend that you look up their reviews on other sites, and avoid this company.
