Only to find out it doesn't exist I also found out that their Live Chat is not a live chat it takes about 2 hours to get a response allegedly but it actually takes about 2 days if you try to contact them by phone no one will answer you'll sit on hold for 20 minutes and then it will go to a voicemail and no one will ever return your call. I would advise anyone to not give them your money because if you have an issue there's no one to talk to and no one's ever going to help you. I'm out a couple hundred dollars now for nothing.
