    I ordered a Navy Ruffled Blouse and they sent me a bikini top and there receipt says navy ruffled blouse, also I ordered the new coated jeans and was sent a different pair. Trying to set up a return has been difficult, the site doesn't work, customer service is confusing. They use to be nice, not the same anymore.
    This is the 2nd time that I had an issue with this website. IT must be a gig job for them. Items double up after order and even 24 hrs later not shipped but I am unable to get it corrected by them. If you use any payment method for pay later options when you return back to the website it doesn't register and ofcourse you don't know until after the purchase which you can't cancel. Like I said, second time for me and that is enough. I thought it was a fluke thing the first time. Products used:One dress Service Value Shipping Returns Quality
    I have shopped with Eloquii a handful of times but that comes to an end today. I received a dress that was too big and the fabric was some of the scratchiest I've ever come across. Eloquii did not send me an email confirmation of my order. After calling customer service, I was assured the order was placed and that I would receive an email confirmation when it shipped. Again, I did not receive that either. I did receive an email after it was delivered. Then I had to go about figuring out how to return the item which was not straightforward, so again I called customer service. The "365 days a year, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day" touted line was "not open." So I called again on a weekday and they helped me with the return. Here's the caveat: there is no way for you to receive a full refund unless you choose the gift card option. I wanted the money returned to my card. If you choose that option, they charge you $10.99. That was more than my shipping was at $7.99, so at this rate I lost money on this transaction by shopping with Eloquii. After speaking with customer service and complaining about this, I was assured I would hear back from them within 24-48 hours--again, they did not live up to their word. It's disappointing because I do think they generally (though not in this case) have good quality clothes. Due to their customer service (or complete lack thereof I should say) and the fact that shopping their return policy is bullocks and costing me money when I am not receiving any product, I will no longer be visiting any Eloquii website ever again.     I purchased the Botanical Green cold shoulder blouse I like it but, the only thing is it's kind of a heavy material but, It looks great on and not so boxy at waist when you put on a belt with it. I wore it with some great high heels and some rip jeans got lots of compliments.
    I have placed two orders since eloquii became full beauty. What a disaster. One order was doubled and items from a previous order shipped again. The second order was delivered with another customers order in the box. It took me 30 minutes to help the customer service person understand that my real order was not in the box. Waste of my time.     I was so excited when I learned Eloquii was coming back. I immediately ordered a shirt. The item I received was not only the wrong size and the wrong color, it was a completely different shirt. I called customer service and they fixed the problem pretty quickly. Oh, how I should have paid attention to this warning signal. I spent hundreds of dollars with them over the next year. Again I received an incorrect item and in general had a few problems. Then came the quality issues. Every single pair of pants I ordered (around 10-12) towards the end of my association with them were defective and needed a tailor to fix them. Then they refused to accept a return of an item I had received in November 2015 and returned in December 2015. Their solution? Extort me out of an ADDITIONAL $6.99 to be sent an item I DIDN'T WANT AND COULDN'T USE. The other option they offered me was to keep my money AND the product. Needless to say, I have reported them to the BBB and my state's attorney general. UPDATE 3-9-2016: I have recently been contacted by a company representative who is attempting to drastically improve service. I am very happy with her solutions and I will give them another try. She is also addressing the quality issues I had.

    I love their clothes. However, you had better get the sizing right because it's hard to speak to a human. They just won't answer the phone. Very disappointing.
    I had a problem with billing. I needed to speak to a human. It took me 45 minute to find a number I could actually call to fix the problem. I was disconnected twice and had to start over each time. Finally got a CS rep and I couldn't understand her and had to ask for a supervisor. Needless to say it took me an hour to complete a call that should have been 10 minutes. I will never use this company again. The clothes are over priced Evan in sale and CS is horrible.     I placed a pretty large order and they just didn't send 2 of my items. I emailed customer service on the Friday my order was delivered and they got back to me on monday saying I need to call without providing a number to call. What is the point of having an email address other than to waste peoples time? Ofcourse they have very restrictive customer service hours so now I've got to take time out of my work day and call and it takes me to an automated system that has me input my order number and starts spouting off everything I bought. There is no option to speak to anyone so I just have to sit there repeatedly saying speak to a representative for like 5 minutes before it finally connects me to someone. I repeat the order number and tell them I'm kissing two items and give her all the details and then sit on the phone for another 5 to 10 minutes while they get the details. Then she just says we sent you a refund. When I was like um so I'm just not getting the clothes I ordered? She said well the warehouse said they sent them so we can't resend them. You can reorder them (at full price since I bought these on sale) if you want. Additionally, some of the clothes were like completely see through and not true to size so I had to return them and they make you pay an $11 fee unless you choose refund via store credit FYI.     Yet another retailer that has jacked up prices just because clothes are "plus-size". If you're going to charge $150 and up for a dress, it would be nice if the fabric didn't frey after the third time wearing it! I've tried coming back to them three times and have yet to find good quality items. Its so frustrating. We need to stop inflating prices for double digit sizes. Enough already!

    I have been trying for 2 days now to contact customer service. Constant music. You dont know if they are closed or not just answering. Not only that i have put my Credit Card info and pressed submit and it goes back to method of payment! It says chat now its 11 am there and comes up sorry chat not available, all i want to do is purchase a gift card for a friend. Unbelievable!
    I must be honest this is one of my favorite stores but the customer service simply sucks. Each and every time I've called I've been disappointed. As of this email I still have yet to hear of a resolution to my last issue. Order placed 9/7 said it was shipped 9/11 then email sent 9/12 telling me one item is missing due to limited availability just for me to go online and see 7 of the item left in my size. I sent two emails and never heard back. I finally called 9/14 since no one responded to my emails just to be told "were going to check our Canada warehouse and see if anyone else is having this same problem and we'll call you back and send an email". " There must have been a problem because we would never not ship it due to pricing". Now I'm not sure why someone else's complaint would have any bearing on mine but apparently it does. Smh. It's now 9/16 and I still haven't heard back. The bottom line is the customer service SUCKS, and the item was marked down to 29$ and went up tremendously and then disappears from my order. I believe they must have made a mistake with pricing and made sure if I did get it, it wouldn't be for 29$.
    The experience of purchasing was great but it also added me to their newsletter and those emails come in every single day (or more). So I hit the unsubscribe button, and then a few weeks later hit it again, then again, then again. I sent a Tweet DM. Finally I reached out to customer service and after some days the response came that they will remove me from the list within 10 days. Nope, I continue getting emails from them which spam my inbox. I don't understand how companies think this reflects well on them or leaves a positive image. I didn't want to block them because I was planning to purchase more from the company in the future so I wanted to receive order emails but after this experience and a total lack of customer consideration they will be blocked and I will no longer purchase from them. Bad customer service made them lose at least one customer here. Service
    I was so excited to see a site that carried such nice fashions for bigger girls. I wish I had looked up the reviews of this one. I purchased a four items, two I needed to return. I called first and was told that I could return them but only for in store credit. The items I returned happened to be on clearance and they refused to give me any credit for the merchandise. Not only that? They wanted an additional $6.99 to RETURN the $45 dollars worth of unwanted merchandise. Despite my best requests (like being a first time buyer), they refused to return it to me for free. I REALLY regret my decision to purchase from them. BUYER BEWARE! UPDATE: I was recently contacted by personnel at the Eloquii who reviewed this review. They made contact with me and remedied the situation immediately by giving me a credit for merchandise I lost and made good on the matter. I don't know if they corrected their return policy but they did make good with my complaint. Just remember clearance are final sales with no returns. I will happily order from them again!
    I bought 3 items, all 3 fit poorly. I returned them within their timeline. Nothing I purchased was on sale. 6 weeks later they returned everything saying they were final sale items. I paid full price. Terrible company. Products used:None Service Value Returns Quality
    Ordered a dress. Dress too big. No return shipping label came with purchase. Online return doesn't work. Calling doesn't work….no one answers….have tried numerous days. Sent 4 emails, just asking for return label………what do I need to DO!
    I have ordered several items from Eloquii and I really like their clothes, but if you what buy does not fit, you are out of luck! Their return policy is horrible, and when I have sent things in to request different sizes, it's as if they don't even read the information you sent them. Twice now I have requested different sizes and they've sent me the wrong size, or a completely different item. Despite the fact that I like their clothes, I WILL NOT be purchasing from the again. Update to this review: several months after the incident, Eloquii's newly hired customer service manager contacted me to apologize for the poor service, and asked what they could do to remedy it. She went out of her way to make sure my issue was resolved, and I appreciate that. I would be willing to give them another try (and I will hang on to her email address just in case there is another problem!)
    30 day postmarked return policy for an online apparel retailer?! And then they reserve the right to be slow on their end? I'm stuck with 3 ill-fitting, cheap-fabric dresses that I can't wear. It's my fault for not reading the strict rules upfront but I buy clothes online all the time (because I live in a small town without many stores) and have never run into anything as restrictive as this.
    Cute clothes, but not worth the pain endured if you have to contact customer service for return or exchange. Never waited on hold this long in my entire life. Then you get weird condescending, attitude from the rep. Slow refunds, horrible communication. PASS.
    Eloquii suffers from a basic misunderstanding of requirements of good online apparel retailers: free returns and prompt refunds. I've been waiting 3+ weeks for a refund to be issued. Customer service is now just ignoring me.

    Their return policy window isn't reasonable. I returned a boxes of dresses, untouched brand new with tags, and they just sent them back to me. But their sizes vary too much, so I often have to buy 2 sizes. I know will be donating a box of $700 worth of dresses. Won't be returning. A plus size shop should have a good return policy.
