I ordered a Navy Ruffled Blouse and they sent me a bikini top and there receipt says navy ruffled blouse, also I ordered the new coated jeans and was sent a different pair. Trying to set up a return has been difficult, the site doesn't work, customer service is confusing. They use to be nice, not the same anymore.
Date of experience: February 25, 202430 day postmarked return policy for an online apparel retailer?! And then they reserve the right to be slow on their end? I'm stuck with 3 ill-fitting, cheap-fabric dresses that I can't wear. It's my fault for not reading the strict rules upfront but I buy clothes online all the time (because I live in a small town without many stores) and have never run into anything as restrictive as this.
Date of experience: August 30, 2019I have been trying for 2 days now to contact customer service. Constant music. You dont know if they are closed or not just answering. Not only that i have put my Credit Card info and pressed submit and it goes back to method of payment! It says chat now its 11 am there and comes up sorry chat not available, all i want to do is purchase a gift card for a friend. Unbelievable!
Date of experience: December 20, 2022The experience of purchasing was great but it also added me to their newsletter and those emails come in every single day (or more). So I hit the unsubscribe button, and then a few weeks later hit it again, then again, then again. I sent a Tweet DM. Finally I reached out to customer service and after some days the response came that they will remove me from the list within 10 days. Nope, I continue getting emails from them which spam my inbox. I don't understand how companies think this reflects well on them or leaves a positive image. I didn't want to block them because I was planning to purchase more from the company in the future so I wanted to receive order emails but after this experience and a total lack of customer consideration they will be blocked and I will no longer purchase from them. Bad customer service made them lose at least one customer here.

Date of experience: July 22, 2023I have placed two orders since eloquii became full beauty. What a disaster. One order was doubled and items from a previous order shipped again. The second order was delivered with another customers order in the box. It took me 30 minutes to help the customer service person understand that my real order was not in the box. Waste of my time. I will hold on ordering until the beta test eloquii is fixed.

Date of experience: August 7, 2023This is the 2nd time that I had an issue with this website. IT must be a gig job for them. Items double up after order and even 24 hrs later not shipped but I am unable to get it corrected by them. If you use any payment method for pay later options when you return back to the website it doesn't register and ofcourse you don't know until after the purchase which you can't cancel. Like I said, second time for me and that is enough. I thought it was a fluke thing the first time.

The chocolate Lexi boots are sexy. I will definitely be ordering more things. And they send you $25 off of $50. No need to go to the stores. Thank you
Date of experience: November 7, 2020I had a problem with billing. I needed to speak to a human. It took me 45 minute to find a number I could actually call to fix the problem. I was disconnected twice and had to start over each time. Finally got a CS rep and I couldn't understand her and had to ask for a supervisor. Needless to say it took me an hour to complete a call that should have been 10 minutes. I will never use this company again. The clothes are over priced Evan in sale and CS is horrible. I give it one star
Tip for consumers:Worst customer service ever!
Products used:Blazer and pants set which c was so wrinkled the way it was shipped I had to have it steamed pressed to get wrinkles out.

Date of experience: April 24, 2023I bought 3 items, all 3 fit poorly. I returned them within their timeline. Nothing I purchased was on sale. 6 weeks later they returned everything saying they were final sale items. I paid full price. Terrible company.

Date of experience: January 13, 2022Cute clothes, but not worth the pain endured if you have to contact customer service for return or exchange. Never waited on hold this long in my entire life. Then you get weird condescending, attitude from the rep. Slow refunds, horrible communication. PASS.
Date of experience: April 11, 2017Eloquii suffers from a basic misunderstanding of requirements of good online apparel retailers: free returns and prompt refunds. I've been waiting 3+ weeks for a refund to be issued. Customer service is now just ignoring me.
Date of experience: June 22, 2017Like others here, I find the return process frustrating. I sent back some clothes on 9/21, they didn't acknowledge receipt until 10/4, and did not process my refund until 10/18 (which meant I didn't get it posted to my credit card until 10/20). It's pretty frustrating to have a lag of over 3 weeks between receiving the return and posting a refund, especially when their own return timeframe is really tight - postmark within 30 days of receipt. I had no luck contacting customer service on the phone (very long hold time and I eventually had to give up to do something else), but I did have a quick response and clear information from the online chat, so that was good.
I've liked some of their clothes, though, and it's nice to have a place that takes a few fashion risks for plus size clothing.
Date of experience: October 20, 2017Yet another retailer that has jacked up prices just because clothes are "plus-size". If you're going to charge $150 and up for a dress, it would be nice if the fabric didn't frey after the third time wearing it! I've tried coming back to them three times and have yet to find good quality items. Its so frustrating. We need to stop inflating prices for double digit sizes. Enough already!

Date of experience: May 9, 2023I have ordered several items from Eloquii and I really like their clothes, but if you what buy does not fit, you are out of luck! Their return policy is horrible, and when I have sent things in to request different sizes, it's as if they don't even read the information you sent them. Twice now I have requested different sizes and they've sent me the wrong size, or a completely different item. Despite the fact that I like their clothes, I WILL NOT be purchasing from the again.
Update to this review: several months after the incident, Eloquii's newly hired customer service manager contacted me to apologize for the poor service, and asked what they could do to remedy it. She went out of her way to make sure my issue was resolved, and I appreciate that. I would be willing to give them another try (and I will hang on to her email address just in case there is another problem!)
Date of experience: February 2, 2016I took a chance and ordered from this company whom I've never heard of. Purchased a shirt 2 sizes too big and it still ran small. The jumpsuit I purchased fit like a potato sack. Called Customer Service to return and because they were final sale merchandise, no return.

Date of experience: May 5, 2016I wish i didn't waste my time & money on this company. I tried to return a dress that did not fit at all. Brand new, never worn, tags attached. NOPE. Their customer service sucks and their return policy sucks even more. The customer service rep was rude and said her manager will tell me no different then she would. She was right, the i don't give a sh*%t manager siad there is nothing i can do for you. I will NEVER order from them again. You shouldn't either. Unless you have $ to burn p.s. i posted a review on their site. OF COURSE they didn't post it.
Tip for consumers:update: mary from eloquii customer service, contacted me. she was very nice & offered me a credit in the amount of the dress which they ended up allowing me to return. it was still hanging in my closet w/ tags. truthfully, i have been hesitant to order from them again, but truly appreciated mary getting in touch with me. she did not ask me to change this review, she just said that is where she read about my dissatisfaction. i felt it would only be fair to say that fixed the problem. thx!
Date of experience: February 6, 2016I have waited a month to be refunded, the whole process from contact to time to process to find returned to me is not worth ever doing business with an online clothing company again. Never ever again. Absolutely terrible and to think after all that I won't get my full refund. What a load of crap. I won't fall for that again!
Date of experience: February 22, 2017I have shopped with Eloquii a handful of times but that comes to an end today. I received a dress that was too big and the fabric was some of the scratchiest I've ever come across. Eloquii did not send me an email confirmation of my order. After calling customer service, I was assured the order was placed and that I would receive an email confirmation when it shipped. Again, I did not receive that either. I did receive an email after it was delivered. Then I had to go about figuring out how to return the item which was not straightforward, so again I called customer service. The "365 days a year, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day" touted line was "not open." So I called again on a weekday and they helped me with the return.
Here's the caveat: there is no way for you to receive a full refund unless you choose the gift card option. I wanted the money returned to my card. If you choose that option, they charge you $10.99. That was more than my shipping was at $7.99, so at this rate I lost money on this transaction by shopping with Eloquii. After speaking with customer service and complaining about this, I was assured I would hear back from them within 24-48 hours--again, they did not live up to their word.
It's disappointing because I do think they generally (though not in this case) have good quality clothes. Due to their customer service (or complete lack thereof I should say) and the fact that shopping their return policy is bullocks and costing me money when I am not receiving any product, I will no longer be visiting any Eloquii website ever again.

Date of experience: February 28, 2024I ordered a dress that looked very cute in the picture. When I received it the fabric was very heavy and hot. I understand that that is a you take when you order online. You don't know what the garment us going to actually feel like until you receive it. BUT, to then be charged shipping costs AND a return fee is unacceptable. I will never shop here again. Not worth the risk.

My order said it was delivered; however, it wasn't and it took 6 business days to rectify and delivered. In general I found the quality and sizing poor. I returned everything.
Return process was easy; however, it did approx 3 weeks to have my order returned/ processed. Additionally, I'm Canadian aka International shopper. My original order was $400.22 USD. I was charged $20 x 2 for shipping (which I was aware of an okay with) and $58.11 in duties for which they have told me is not refundable. That's $98.11 USD = $135 CDN for trying a new retailer. I purchase from the USA all of the time and I've never had an issue with a refund return of duties. Buyer beware!
Eloquii be assured you will never see my $ again.

I called customer service 3 time at different times of the day, the 3 time after 10 minutes a customer service representative answered the phone and stated that she did see the return in the warehouse system, however it would take 3 additional days to see in the main system. In their return and exchange instructions it states I will be charged the $7.00 return shipping fee which is understandable, but the additional $6.99 it never states that in the instructions. I won't ever buy from this company again. Very Poor Return Policy. Be ware
Date of experience: March 22, 2017Just like the previous reviews stated, I will never shop here again due to the ridiculous return policy. I ordered a dress for my mom. The dress didn't fit. Returned the dress thinking I would just be charged the 7.50 for the shipping cost. (Which is still ridiculous) Once my card was refunded... I found I was charged an additional 6.99 for a return fee?!? Customer service is unapologetic. $14.49 for a return?! Unheard of. NEVER AGAIN!
Date of experience: June 27, 2016I mailed my return a week before the 30 day deadline. I mailed this order the same time as I mailed an Old Navy return. Old Navy never has problems with receiving my returns and crediting my account. Old Navy has never needed tracking to monitor their provided return labels. They process the credit within a week of my shipped return. Eloquii has done none of these things. They lose the return and then it's my fault. They need tracking on their provided return labels and still lose the return. I will never order from Eloquii or recommend Eloquii to anyone ever again.
