    Worst customer service ever! Paid for an item over a year ago and still haven't received it or a refund on the item. Would give them 0 stars if I could unbelievably bad Service Value Shipping Returns Quality
    I recently made my first purchase from Entertainment Earth and in total purchased 7 Funko Pops. One of those pops came in the mail with shipping damage. I contacted their customer support and they took care of the issue and was a great overall experience. Issues can happen with any business but its how they handle those issues.     We strongly do not recommend working with EE distributor in 2023. Customer service trapped us with the manager's knowledge and approval and didn't cancel our pre-order we placed 3 months ago and forced us to pay unfairly. In our last meeting with the manager on 27.01.2023; He said either pay the money or go. They have the worst give employees policies to work for in America.     Ordered on 7/1/23 shipped on 7/11/23 and then only because I had opened up a claim. I filed a claim because my item hadn't been shipped after 6 business days they responded that it went out that morning on 7/10 but later that day I get a message that a label was created. That hadn't shipped it and lied saying that they did. I finally got my items and they were packaged well and came as described.     I had an excellent customer service experience with a gal name Veronica. I had to change my shipping address before my order shipped out. Veronica responded to my email quickly and handled my situation well. She keep me posted every step of the way and was able to change my shipping address to my new address.     I Made a purchase last friday as I needed this on 2 weeks from the date of purchase the latest, normally when I have purchased from other places this gets shipped on time, but we are on the 5th day after the purchase was Made and payment was confirmed and they are supossed to have a 1 to 4 business days time frame, I contacted yesterday with customer support and basically they blame it on me for not picking the shipping method that suited My needs? Also he mentioned that my order was going to be shipped on 1 business day from that contact, well that is long gone now and no shipping. They have a free shipping promotion as of now, which option would you think 95% of the customers will choose? Of course that was a determinant for me to purchase with them as the item is available on other places as well, but the offer seemed good and I wanted to give them a chance, lesson learned I gueass and as of today the order has not been shipped and is on processing order status...     I placed an order, was told it would not ship till October, well it shipped sooner they took the money with no heads up! I tried to contact them through email and phone to cancel before it shipped, no luck! No response to anything. Do they even have a customer service department? I sent the email a week before the item shipped! I tried chat and calling during business hours. Nothing at all!
    I placed a preorder for an item right when it first got put up with in a day or 2. Now the item was supposed to be here and I've seen it at target and Walmart in February 23. It is now October 23 and now arrives in January 24. I've looked for the item from other places but they say it has been discontinued and this is the last piece to finish a set my kid loves.     Placed an order with Entertainment Earth and got an email saying everything was on backorder including the pre-orders. Also a Email stating that payment wasn't taken until items were sent and being these are pre-orders it was going to be up in the air when sent and payment taken at whatever day to their choosing for shipment. Canceled the order and asked for notifications when in stock and wouldn't you know upon cancelation everything was in stock all of a sudden according to emais. Unless you are well established and willing to guess at your shipping and pay dates. Being this company is well established as shown it needs to update some business practices. 100% I do not trust this company for further buisness.
    I have been a customer of Entertainment Earth for several years. Never had any issues until a recent shipment was sent to an old address by no fault of theirs. I contacted their customer service and they assisted me in rerouting part of my shipment. The other part that was already delivered they refunded what was not available and the reshipped the items they still had. No questions asked. They also updated my account to remove old addresses for me. Veronica was absolutely the best service agent. Excellent prices and deals on shipping. I will shop here for as long as they are around.     Every item I've gotten from entertainment earth has been heavily damaged. Creases crushed bubbles clear plastic has so many scratches on it. You can't even see the item they tossed the item in a box with some crumble paper around it and literally wad the packing slip up and throw it on top. Can't even fold it. Neatly send items back for refund. End up paying my own shipping to send it back I've had several orders one or two. I wanted to cancel so they canceled all of them. Doesn't matter anyway, they'll just send me a bunch of crap
    For years i thought entertainment earth (ee) was too expensive. Now its my go to place to order. With free shipping and other promos it is not only a great service but also cheapest... Tip for consumers:look for promos can save a lot Products used:action figures
    I will say the products are great. The customer service always gets back through email and/ or phone I did both. They were very kind and explained the issue with shipping. The item shipped when they said it would after a large influx. Staff shortage I get it. Other than that issue I was please. Would order again! Tip for consumers:The prices are so good they have lots of orders. The staff shortage is making shipping a hassle for them which makes a hassle for you.     Long story short with an example. You preorder an item with October release date. Little do you know. They'll only be getting 100 to start, but they'll let 500 pre order anyways knowing they're gonna tell 400 they now have to wait. They then lie and say it's a manufacturer delay and they aren't getting any on time. Then 2 weeks later you see not min versions selling in stock on the website, which are the returns from the first batch that did get them on time. So you reach out to their customer service asking why some people got it and you didn't. They then feed you a bunch of crap about how the manufacturer unexpectedly sent them just a few and blame these big companies like funko. Even though every other vendor selling the same item has more in stock then they can sell but you're now invested and stuck waiting until January foe christmas gifts every other person had no issues buying in October because they weren't dumb enough to trust these crooks. Run away while you still can. As soon as I get my items I will never order from these shady guys again. Inventory management is not this difficult, u have 2 decades of experience in e commerce work and have never seen a vendor behave in such a shady manor. It's like they are so scared of extra inventory that they'd rather make the majority of their customers wait and get treated awfully.     Ordered 4 items in September 2022. It said delivery was expected in October 2022. It is now January 2023 and I contacted Customer service who said "Veronica D.Hello, thank you for reaching out. Unfortunately, the ETA was pushed to this month. We do not receive specific ETA dates from manufacturers due to variables in shipping and production times, just a general month estimate. This item is now expected to arrive sometime in January and it will be shipped as soon as it is delivered to us."
    Entertainment Earth is so hit or miss. Sometimes items come great, sometimes they come damaged. 50/50 chance, but god forbid you return or replace something because a refund takes about a month, and a replacement takes about the same amount of time to simply get on a waiting list for a replacement. Entertainment Earth has a lot of older products (specifically Funkos) so if you're not hard set on mint condition then order from them, but if you want guaranteed mint condition go literally anywhere else. They really should say "Mint Condition Guaranteed (If you're willing to send the items back and forth and gamble with our shipping team)." All of the shipping boxes come in great condition so any damaged products I get are willingly sent like that. I'm sure a representative will respond to this and then offer to send a return label and blah blah blah but life's too short to deal with that $#*!. They'd save themselves a lot of money if they just cared enough to actually do product quality checks and shipping checks at the start. Service Value Shipping Returns Quality
    EE is a good place to order from and I've used them for almost 20-years. The problem is usually the shipping. There is always some bottleneck that prevents items from arriving as quickly as I'd like living as close as I do to them. I'm a homebound retired vet and a pretty impatient butthole but I live a few hours away from them which is why I prefer them to businesses that ship from the other side of the country. When they're on the ball, it's Amazon Prime fast or faster, when they aren't it's not. The last few years the bottleneck was relying on Pitney Bowes as the middle-people. They could take a month at times to get an item from EE just to the PO. They seem to be using UPS now (fastest in the business) but now have extended processing times. If your order processes and clears before Friday you're good. If not, you'll get a label printed before they leave the building on Friday. Things shut down for the weekend. UPS takes this as expecting a package soon and will send you an estimate email of a day or two. That's not happening and you'll be grumbling and frustrated when no movement of your item shows up in the tracking system until the following Tuesday. UPS won't see the package until late the following Monday at the earliest. So it adds a weekend and a few extra days on a delivery time that could have just been a few days. Like I said, I'm impatient! You'll generally see items in a week or less. That's pretty good in the grander scheme of things. I open my stuff but every package is packed very securely and boxes are in really good shape. Customer service has always been helpful and courteous. Returns are very easy. EE is easily one of the top tier companies to use for action figure or other collectibles collectors. PS-- still waiting for some items I ordered because they finished processing last Friday but to increase my credibility I've included a picture of my dog. This review will probably get deleted now.     Ordered a couple small items from them. After two weeks my order wasn't shipped, so I complained. They sent me a "tracking number" aka they created a shipping label. But over a week later and they still haven't actually sent the item out. It's been almost a month, and they've now stopped replying to all emails.     I ordered some collectibles here and I must say My 1st experience was a good one. My order shipped out to me one month early! It was well packed and came in a fresh cardboard Box with Plenty of padding. It came in better condition than a lot of things I ordered from Walmart and target. I will definitely be coming back! Not to mention they had a promo going on which gave me free shipping. That helps a lot! I hadn't heard of them prior to this experience but now I will keep going back.     Entertainment Earth is my go-to company. They take theirs customer satisfaction extremely seriously. Every time I received a product from them it's been exceptional. It is double boxed and absolutely mint when I receive it. I ordered five Duran Duran wild boys Funko Pops and they actually arrived a day early. Now this is a company that is growing and they are very busy but they communicate with their customers so you never have a question about what's going on. Their customer service personnel or exceptional such as Veronica on customer service chat. I've talked to her a few times just with questions and she is always helpful friendly knowledgeable and extremely fast. They're a variety of products are, wow, amazing I have seen Funko Pops here that I haven't seen for a while and they're on other sites or on eBay for way over retail. And with this company they're always retail. They even have some Pops that are not meant and they are marked down and it is specified and very clear that they are not mint boxes but everything else is guaranteed if they say mint it is absolutely mint. I won't go anywhere else. Other companies mark up items a few dollars but Entertainment Earth does not. And even though I collect Funko Pop I do collect a few of the older or collectible Monster High dolls. And once again Entertainment Earth came through. No markups no, no worrying if I'm going to get my doll before they sell out. They put a pre-order and I ordered it and it's the regular price and now I see people going crazy trying to get it from Mattel. Maybe I shouldn't gave that secret away but it's the place to go! I've honestly haven't seen companies lately that really do care but I believe Entertainment Earth does. Tip for consumers:Just what I wrote they're a great company and they're getting really busy and they sent out $10 promos to their customers because they know waiting can be frustrating. But to be honest it has never been that long I guess they're just anticipating there might be issues because they're so busy I haven't noticed any. But even if there were I would rather wait a little bit longer to get a guaranteed perfect item. And their customer service staff is great clear correct information.     They said they had Magic cards in stock. Took my order, then the item sold out everywhere. 3 weeks later they are still waiting on the item they didn't even have and weren't actually getting. Now because they were trying to grab market share with merchandise they don't actually own to sell, I can't get the thing I had the money for.
